This is bullshit. I know dozens of soldiers who were "stop lossed" at some point and they sucked it the fuck up and did their duty. This movie is so disrespectful that it makes my head spin.

Blame it on the politicians if you want but I know exactly what I'm doing when I join the United States Marine Corps. I might have to kill and I'm okay with that. I might have to die and I'm okay with that. I will most likely see horrific and mind altering events and I'm okay with that. Please don't take this movie as if this is happening, we have too many people we have people who are volunteering to deploy, and they won't let us because they have too many people asking to go. @Toogoodtobetrue True. A soldier's job is to take orders of his/her superiors and does so under the assumtion that the superior has the knowlege and experience to best deal with the situation. Of course we all know this is purely theoretical and not always the case. How many officers or NCO's have gotten their men killed because of inexperience or ignorance or just plane old stupidity? More often than not, I fear.
