you talk like a fucking idiot, your not hot at all so stop acting like you are, and you are not important nor is your opinion, so go back to your job as a janitor.
.America doesn't need a drilling moratorium. We need an immigration moratorium!
The USA grew uneccessarily by 100 million in last 40 years nearly all via immigration & thanks to unending unlimited immigration we are on track to reach a half a billion in a few decades. With a Moratorium on immigration in place we would level off around 330 million.
Who cares if we stop drilling, & inflate our tires, if we keep flooding the country with milliions of immigrants.
So "you´ve been disgusted...", huh? Well let me tell ya something: the way you speak is disgusting, the way you behave is tacky, your "sarcasm" is cheap and the things you´re saying are plain populism.
This whole vid is like a horrible accident: you watch it till the end not because you´d like to but because it´s utterly disturbing.
The only power that government has is the power to extract money, time and blood. The extraction of all else is left to the ungoverned who use government to suppress dissent and substitute life for process and policy. Black suited profiteers worship death and glad-handing politicians are the evangelists of deception and slavery. We can't plead, petition or vote our way out. There is no-one to reason with but ourselves. It's time to grow up!

It's so odd hearing such a heartfelt sentiment and having it be channeled through 'Selma.' Infact I kind of wonder why you didn't just come out and say it yourself (as yourself).
lol, Rachel Maddow is talking to a scientist on television right NOW saying that sand booms are going to make things WORSE!!!!!! Bobby Jindal does not know what he is talking about!
hello! like the new hair. ( new to me) was watching that banana video you did years ago, so funny girl.... I'd like to see somore prissie and jubee...
Our Government should have seized BP's & Haliburton's money 7 weeks ago, to hire the millions of Americans now needed to hold back the Oil from the shores. They're not manning the booms, no hair mats. This is TREASON!
Obama has been the corporate lapdog for the past two years, and it is damn past time that we all just say it and stop pretending we have a people's rep in the White House.
@TresJolie7 - You really miss the point or perhaps you are one of those blind Obama defenders who allow this President to get away with policies that would be decried under Republicans. The fact that we need to transition away from fossil fuels and turn to green energy solutions is obvious, however, this President signed off on expanding this type of oil drilling and removed the 30 year moratorium last month. And, he advocates for nuclear energy when we have NO safe way to store it.
@lonelygirll15 Um, I disagree with him about the war in Afghanistan and his decision to open up more offshore drilling, although he made that decision to get his climate bill passed. As far as nuclear energy is concerned, I have no problem with that. We need to heavily invest in wind, solar, etc., (he's already done so with the stimulus package and this upcoming climate bill). But, in the interim, we still need oil/nuclear/gas available until we can get this clean energy shit off the ground.
@TresJolie7 What do you propose we do with all the waste now that Yuccan mountain is a bust & we have no safe way to store it? Obama expanded off-shore drilling because he is owned , not because he is vested in the earth & climate. 'Clean' coal & nuclear energy? We are off topic as this is about the current response to the oil spill, actions not taken, allowing BP to dictate the terms of the media coverage, not ordering the immediate building of sand booms in front of the marshes.
@lonelygirll15 I was watching Rachel Maddow and she had some scientist on there who said the booms don't really work and, in some cases, is making things worse. But, the government deploys the use of the booms anyway to make it seem like they're actually doing something to help, when in reality, it's not helping at all. ::shrug:: In the end, the only fix are the relief wells. That's what stopped the oil spill in Australia last year and the Ixtoc oil spill in 1979.
SAND Booms. They could have built emergency sand booms to protect the marshes. This would have worked had the government permited the project and forced BP to cough up the 350 million dollars for the project. The local officials were on the news for three weeks begging to get the money and help. The floatation booms to which you are referring can have some success but they need to be constantly manned, and maintained. Rachel has been screaming that what can be done isn't being done.
@lonelygirll15 BP gave Bobby Jindal $25 million dollars, he's only spent $3 million. He has some of the money he needs to build these sand booms. 6,000 National Guardsmen were sent to the region, Bobby Jindal has only deployed 1,200. If Bobby spent more time doing his damn job and less time screaming into a microphone begging Obama for MORE offshore drilling, they might be able to get things done down there.
@lonelygirll15 I love the new hair too. However if we follow the France model of nuclear energy. Recycling nuclear material is 95% efficient. We need to remove the 1940's legislation that says we must bury it, to allow us to recycle. We can even dig up the old stuff and recycle it. Under the same process used to make a core in the first place they just grind the material and centrifuge and keep the heavy stuff. It's not dangerous and no more hazardousness than making a new
I'm curious, how did Bush I finally solve the Exxon Valdez oil spill? How did the Mexican government solve the Ixtoc oil spill in 1979? How did the Australian government solve the Montara oil spill last year? I'll wait.
This is about acting in the interest of the American people & the environment ahead of the corporations. There are a multitude of steps Obama could take to improve the situation, the first being taking control of the operation, seizing BP assets, and directing the response. To suggest that the most basic steps can't be taken to improve the situation because it can't all be addressed or solved at once is ludicrous.
There is a bunch of pertinent links and articles in the video description - please read, please share, and please stand up and demand this administration IMMEDIATELY put BP in receivership.

Are you on some kind of medication?
The way you speak and hold your mouth, your jumbled nonsensical thoughts, etc make me think you are doped up on something.
Perhaps cut down on your dosage and things might seem a bit brighter for your sad lonely life.
