Sir Roger Moore was the Bond movies I saw as a teen and set the example. Later I saw the Sean Connery films and thought him the best albeit the later plots got better. Pierce Brosnan brought the action scenes to modern day standards.
Having read all the novels before I ever saw a film was confusing as they so vastly contrast from the films.
I personally prefered Pierce Brosnan as Bond. I don't say that because he is more beleivable, more action-oriented, or more serious than Daniel Craig's portrayal, but because of the opposite. I have always loved the Bond films for taking the audience into a completely fictitious story that's larger than life and something you can't experience in real life. Pierce understood that, and made his movies fantastic.
Funny that, because he did another interview with Jonathan Ross just a few months ago :/ Do your research! (Or just look right at the related videos...)
no. i read he fell out with ross the last time he was on this show. if this interview wasn't the last time he was on this show then i guess this isn't where they fell out. But no, i didn't do any research. and i was just having a random chat. Was wondering at which point they fell out. prick
I agree he's a nightmare for a witty interviewer,he's too serious and boring and can't think off the cuff,but a good actor and enjoyed him in Casino Royale,but the Quantum is the worse Bond film I've seen,its like a video game that chavs play inbetween bonging!thats not Craigs fault though,I think he'd be perfect for a Steve McQueen biopic though,he's a cool bloke on screen and a good actor.Shame on the Bond producers for changing the format beyond recognition,more style and humour please!

I used to dislike him loads cause I didnt like him takin over Bond, as I loved Brosnan and Connery bt he did a good job.
As I said, damn hot...
But in my opinion, if a man's wearing a suit it makes him more attractive anyway ;)
