Bowser's side B klaw hopping is shit easy. This requires hella good timing to pull off and it's basically timing your aerials so they end just before you can barely double jump in the air

This will require a lot more precision then simple l-cancels. Still its really good that Brawl has a developing metagame. It proves you cant really tell what will be discovered no matter how you were knowlagable of the previous game and "knew where to look".

This isn't the same as shffling nor should it be seen as such. I wouldn't make any statements as to how it would alter tiers so early either, as it's kinda silly. It could be really useful, and it could also be not so great.
