Great piece of wood you have there. So nice colour. I'm sure the furniture would be great.
I have a thick oak bench plate, and it almost cut my heart out when I had to cut out space to put in the stove and sink :)
Of the pieces I got a kitchen table, with one plate to fold. I did the drawing/construct and montage, but must admit I got some help from a local carpentry shop with the manufacturing :) Turned out nice and with a personal touch.
Wood is still our primary material in Norwegian houses
That is one sweet mess of red oak. I love opening up the logs and seeing what's inside. Rock on!
