  • Unfortunetly, the one time payment pales in comparison to the full benifits offered to other veteran; unfortunetly, the Treaty of Manila (1946) is partially to blame for this. Irregardless, all allied soldiers in the PI fought under USAFFE, so no matter their ethnicity they were American soldiers.

  • Aw I'm so happy for them and glad finally president Obama recognized their sacrifices and kept some of the promise. I hope they get all of the promise.
