Historically, Zhang Jiao died of illness shortly after the beginning of the rebellion, which went off prematurely because his moles in the Han Court were betrayed and the Imperial Army was mobilized under Huangfu Song to put it down. Even so, they did enjoy some initial success.

@YH2Z The only "heroes" that participated in this battle were Xuande (Liu Bei), Mengde (Cao Cao), Sun Jian and Dong Zhuo. The others came in later XD

I always did love this game an the music but could would anyone mind telling me the story to all this? like who are the good guys? i mean like heroes who are they? My friend told me that every1 you can play as are not good guys an that the only good guys left were the yellow turbans? id really like to know the story

I have read an played all the stories they are confusing i mean all i really want to know is in such a huge war is just WHO is the kinda leader you can trust? i mean for all i know cao cao kept forming temporary alliances with everyone an kept betraying them an quite the same with everyone else but the rebellion i think are the good guys they didnt betray anyone an the fact they attacked the empire? if you ask me such a large amount of factions fighting eachother does seem like a big threat.

the story is: the han-dynasty is falling and the kingdom are cleaved in 3 kingdoms and every kingdom want to rule china so the fight and make alliances and such things the yellow turbans are something faithful sicks who want a time of peace but they kinda on drugs i think dong zhuo, lu bu and diao chan are another fight grp and zhu rong and meng huo too but there not interesting for the story

Well in war, evil and good are subjective.

The Yellow Turbans were a rebellion that tried to overthrow the weak child-emperor at the end of the Han Dynasty. The government issued a decree to form armies to crush the rebellion. Cao Cao, Liu Bei, and Sun Jian, relatively unknown at the time, were one of the many to answer the call.

So who're the good guys? The rebellion that wishes to rid the land of a incompetent emperor, or the leaders that stay loyal to the dynasty?

They ALL have different ambitions an it is hard to find anyone you trust. Their incompetent emperor could be just as bad as Cao Cao or Dong Zhuo an Lu Bu. How do you even know who are the heroes? They fought eachother.

I think you are thinking of the term 'heroes'  too much in the traditional sense. Heroes in this case are used as labels for distinguished individuals.
