hey shot science I'm injured right now but for later i'm the best player in my league I'm a great shooter, rebounder, passer e.t.c but my teamates suck and we lose a lot. How can I use my skills to help my teamates improve so we can win more games
@jayrad2011 Your team mates probably really need you and your support to get better. You can exhibit some real leadership here by giving them vocal support and a lot of "atta boys" to help their self esteem. Most probably know they are not strong players and you can help them to get better.
HELP I have a question! So i have pretty decent ball handling..i cross over people pretty well in pick up games but when it comes to actual 5 on 5 games i cant seem to get past anyone and i always get called for a travel because i stutter step a bit before beginning my dribble. What can i do to fix this and how??
@AlexWalkerN Any time you are having problems like your having stop and analyze what you are doing. You could help yourself by videoing your move and then critique it to see how it matches up with our tutorial. Then get busy fixing the problems because the Cross can be a killer move!
I picked and mastered the flatback and the spin, it took about 2 weeks of intense work. those 2 are just enough to create enormous damage. feeling great. thanks @ShotScience
@ShotScienceFan The "Attack-Retreat-Attack" video will be upcoming this spring and there is no need for an update on the Cross-over. It is there for you if you want it!
I have a move which I jab step some times, then do a pullback crossover and when they're racing back at me, I do a spin move by them, eventually I'll be able to dunk as I only have 1ft or so to go. I'm 13 also. The only thing I can't really do is, a pull-up jump shot, which I need since, I'm playing up and get rejected continusly by 6ft guys. Also, I need help getting better with my left hand. I can do nearly any post move or layup with my right, but only basic with my left. Ideas?
@ShotScience Hey, I was just at basketball training. We were doing fast break and I tried the hesitation dribble on the fast break and found that a behind the back into crossover makes whoever is defending fall over. Funny considering they're 3 years older than me. Also, I watched all your videos, spent majority of today doing it. What would be the best move versus quick little point guards, because spins and crossovers won't work against them since most of them poke the ball.
@GetCrossSpinned If you are executing the move correctly they should not get their greedy little hands on the ball. Go back and review the video and see if there is something there that you missed.
@ShotScience Hey, watched some videos last night. Tried again at training v.s our point guard. He plays for Ireland U16, I left him on his rear end. He asked me where I learned it and told him of you guys. Also, around how far should a decent 13 year old be able to shot decently from?
@GetCrossSpinned Glad to hear of your successes and feel great that you have been able to use our videos to grow your game. A regular 13 yr. old should be able to effectively shoot the ball out to the three line unless you are not very strong. You can tell for yourself by using this gauge. If my shot consistently falls short and/or I have to change my stroke mechanics to get it there you are too far away. Hope this helps.
@iZain23 This is pretty straight forward. You will improve when you begin to spend time working on the weak hand. Players usually do not spend enough time on dribbling with their weak hand and therefore limit what they can do.
Hey coach,Nowadays,i am concentrating on Dirbbling...I ahve mastered almost all kinds of dribbling skills like the killer crossover, normal crossover, behind the back and lots more...But now,i am finding it a bit difficult to take shots...I saw ur arc video and other shooting videos too...But still,i am finding it tough to shoot...So now, shall i stop my dribbling program and focus on shooting?Pls gimme some tips...Thanx !
@SuperBasketballrox No don't stop the ball handling! Maybe just shorten your workouts here and get going on the shooting. Start with reviewing all of our shooting videos and then get into the form Shooting drill "Get Perfect Shooting Form" to develop your stroke and Muscle Memory, It may take a couple of weeks of hard work, but it will pay off.
@SuperBasketballrox That sounds great. We cannot stress enough the value of the FOAM ROLLING. You can use a tennis ball or some other smaller ball to get the same effect. Check the video to understand why this is so important.
@ShotScience Okay!!I checked it...But,do i have to do the foam rolling just before my practice or matches or i have to do it daily? And,how many times a day?Thanx :)
@SuperBasketballrox It would be beneficial to do the FR before practice and games and it might take 20 minutes to work on the leg muscles. If you are following the VJ handbook it will tell when to to do this.
Hey shot science, i need HELP. We had an open gym today and we played some scrimmages, but whenever i got the ball i got nervous and ended up passing it 2 someone else. Also, whenever i did get the chance 4 a layup some one would block it. So i was wondering if yall have any advise or videos on this stuff.
@jcm0428 Well it certainly sounds like you are having problems with your "CONFIDENCE" and this is something that is related to your skills. When we want to get rid of the ball it is because we fear that we will screw up so we never take chance, we just get rid of it. One of the great joys of this game is the scoring. Take a few chances and take some shots and do not fear "FAILURE." We all fail, even the best players. Check out our video "Finishes at the Rim" for ways to avoid the blocks.
Hey coach these attacks work great on whoever is guarding me and I always blow by people unless I occasionally loose my handle. But once you get by your man how do you stop help defense from cutting off your drive? When I get into the lane I usually have to deal with the other team's center and often he's already underneath the basket waiting to contest my layup.
Thanks I hav lots of ideas, also can u send me a message or video on ball handling drill I can do inside my home and/or show me how to hold a ball when driving to the rim
@tallboywitshortpants We want to thank you for your very nice comment on our videos. We work very had on them so that they will be meaningful to those who watch. Thanks again and BTW, Please "Spread the Word."
@SeanFord242 YES! Go there with a purpose and NO FEAR! Be the first guy in every drill line; Be up front as the coach speaks to the group so he can see your interest; DO NOT try to do more than your capable of; Play as hard as you can in every situation. Coaches LOVE EFFORT! Get on the floor and capture every loose ball, be supportive of everyone as this indicates that you can be a good team mate and finally, support the coach in everything he says. Good luck to you.
@2codyharris Well, no we do not have such a video and we will not because we are not into "Show Time" ball handling even though these guys are very good. We are into basketball skills that transfer directly to the game. Coaches at the H.S. and College level are not impressed by this "Shake and Bake." They are interested in how well you can finish, go by people and play a solid game.
Hey Coach, do you think you can make a video about the euro-step and/or hop-step? I think they're really effective on one-on-one situations but I'm not 100% sure on how to execute them.
@ShotScience Well I haven't really gotten the chance to execute them against anyone yet considering the fact that basketball season is like 2 months away. I still got some tips from you guys that I never really realized like looking at your defender's feet positioning and intimidating them by looking at their eyes. I am definitely going to be a loyal subscriber because other channels really don't go into detail like you guys do (Expert Village).
@JeffsAzn As you prepare for the upcoming season you really need to work on these against other players on the playground or other pick-up games. If you don't do this they probably will not be very effective when your season rolls around. Learning to execute these against another person is SUPER IMPORTANT!!!!!
i tried flat back attack and scissor attack in game and i have to say that theese two moves are useless when defender doesn't attack you, but when he reaches for the ball theese moves are helpful
@Mihau0794 it's actually up to you to set up and sell the move. You should be attacking them, not waiting for them to come after you. If they aren't going for it, you should go right by them, but if they do go for it, you use the flat back or the scissor to take it the other way. They shouldn't be able to recover at that point and you'll have them beat.
truly a good guy a great father wow i mean Chase and Cassey you guys had the perfect basketball dad and he is funny too have you pick one yet ? haha great stuff great stuff now all of my friends know about shot science
@Mikebball25 thanks so much, Michael!! My dad's awesome and he has a great sense of humor! We were definitely lucky kids to have him as a dad and coach. Now he's your coach, so you're stuck with him ;-)
@Dennys787 Surprisingly, we have found that players who use our vertical jump program say that they have found a very nice increase in their quickness and explosiveness due to the explosive leg exercises done in the program.
@ShotScience really? even if my muscles are tired? bcoz some of my relatives allways stop me to take a bath after play. I think they say bad thing will happen to my body when i get old
@ednelxcore Well there is an old saying in the U.S. "Cleanliness is next to Godliness." There is nothing to this idea od affecting you in your old age.
@KlutchK As soon as you establish control over the ball and have established a pivot foot you must have the ball out of your hand before the pivot foot touches the floor or it is a travel. This is the same for a pass or a shot.
@damond2324 Check out the dribbling videos on our site and get busy working on them. Check out the Attack Dribbles as well for better handles. Then PRACTICE, PRACTICE and then PRACTICE some more.
WTF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! IT TAKES YHUU DIS LONG TO MAKE 3 MORE VIDEOS LIKE ROFL HURRY UP ALREADY SORRY FOR THE DISRESPECT DUDE BUT I JUST HADD TO LET IT OUT @ShotScience
@ReLLz60 Sorry, but we've put out something like 10 videos since this video. We haven't stuck just to dribble attacks because people want TONS of different topics. We're working EXTREMELY hard to make as many videos as possible, but we need help to grow to be able to make videos more frequently. More dribble attacks are in the que and will be out soon. Please help us get the word out to as many people as possible so we can make this a FULL TIME commitment!
@ShotScience ok good and again sorry for the disrespect its just that i love all ur videos 110% so i was very excited to learn another crosover move GOOD LUCK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
@ReLLz60 no problem. Just know that we're doing our best and always trying to up our game. As for the crossover. The one that we demonstrated in our older video is THE definitive way to perform that move. If you've mastered the techniques we demonstrate in that video, you shouldn't be able to be stopped. It's all about "selling" the move and making them think you're going one way, planting, and then exploding out into the other direction. Good luck!
Everytime I play a 5 on 5, when the match up is easy, I usually play very well. Im able to finish, take the shots I want and much more. But everytime I play with some better people, I undergo like, mental breakdown. I keep on thinking and thinking, keep on turning it over and such. So my question is, how do I get over the fear of people better than me. What do you think about when you play? Theres so many plans and actions that cloud my judgement to a point I completely mess up.
@Shinaru23 Well, we have these lapses because we do not have confidence against better players. You are making too much of it. Settle down and play your game and you will some some battles and lose some. When we become frustrated about how we are playing we tend to play terrible. Frustration can be your worst enemy. Relax and play your game. It will probably get better if you just relax.
you guys shud do also a vid on the fact that off techs are set up by each other. a drive by the defender sets up a jab fake, crossover, spin and pullup move. making a cross allows you to follow up with the in out, the cross backwards for the open jumper, or the double crossover. a successful spin sets up a spin fake and 360 spin. a pullup jumper attempt sets up the hesitation dribble, pump fake and hard dribble pullup. my coach used to say ball is aerobic chess; i hope you do a vid on this
love the effort you are putting in chase and coach but EVERY dribble maneuver works on faking the defender one way. itt has to be sold with the shoulder tilt, the knee sway and the flexed knee that allows the baller to explode the other way or use the lack of cover eyes are 10% of it. the dribble attack videos show techs that no good defender would fall for. id request uploading the dribble vids with large fast-slow-fast speed changes and shoulder+knee sway to sell the fake. great job guys
Thanks guys for another awesome vid. I got the shot science jump handbook and implemented some of my own workouts I'm 5'9 16 yrs old and I'm about 3 inches away from touching the rim. It's better than when I was just half way up the net.
@863games: Keep workin on the vertical and you will make gains enough to help you get that dunk!! We are pleased that our vertical program is helping you. Sweeet!!
@damond2324: There is no secret here damond! It is all about spending time practicing with your off hand. Most young players focus on their strong hand and this plays into the defenders hands because they will tend to force you to play with your weak hand. Let's get on it and fix it. PRACTICE, PRACTICE and some more PRACTICE!
@BallerFreak29 we have a bunch of suggestions on creating space to score. Make sure you check out our video library and you'll find tons of things to work on. We would list them, but there is a TON! Get back to us if you need more help!
@BlueNaruto42 yep, moving without the ball is very important. We're trying to hit everything that we can, but it all takes time to put together. Stay tuned!
@TheKingJohnnyG: Please understand that this is a "labor of love" and we have jobs that we need to manage everyday. Casey has also been gone in NYC for the NextUp contest as well and he is the principle editor.
Hey shot science, i was wondering how you could defend someone in the post. I considered myself a good defender, and i can usually stop anyone whose facing me up, but i dont really what to do when somebody posts me up.
If you haven't planned out the crossover video yet, can you make the new crossover video the Tim Hardaway UTEp 2 Step version? I wanna learn that crossover, I currently use the Allen Iverson crossover and D Will crossover.
@DXiklledkennyXD all of those crossovers are variations on the same fundamental themes. Lots of times dribble attacks can be put together to make compound moves. We'll move onto those in the future. You need to have the fundamental skills down first or you're doing yourself a major disservice. Thanks for watching!
Coach, when i am in my games right and i am playing against people that are 16 but its like i cant not get pass the person thats sticking on me.like i am trying to get my speed up and my handles.
@MrBasketball39: Well, the answer to this question is simply this! You need to get to work on practicing you "Attack moves." Nothing works well for us until we have spend ta lot of time workin on the moves, handles or shooting. Keep practicing and you will finally be able to "Kick there Butts."
Coach, i have good handles and i practice alot, i know im good, but when it comes to games, i suffer tunnel vision, i lose court vision, and i turn the ball over because of that what do you recommend?
@leo0596: Check out the definition of Peripheral Vision. This is how you develop your vision for basketball. Everyone has the ability, but just do not practice it enough so that it is "second Nature." Check it out.
i am a good player i got a dicent shot i can finish with both hands with ease and im very fast and taller than most players who guard me. But i have no dribbling moves and i finally found the source to make me even better thank you guys so much.
@killerprey777: Well Killer, we are in the process of developing our Ball Handling Handbook and they should be available pretty soon. Glad we could help. Stay tuned for more and please, "Spread the Word."
@crazymax5420: Well Max, don't be too concerned. Almost all players have this feeling. When you get going, it always disappears, right. Just a normal situation where the body and mind is getting ready to compete.
Hey Shotscience! Since i started playing basketball i learned to shoot my jumpshot's with my left, but i am actually right handed!, and this affects me because i am not as strong with my left as i am with my right, so i have less range, and i feel that my right hand thumb affects the spin, what do you recommend me to do?? switch hands or practice my left more??
@leo0596: Get back to your dominate hand!! This is a natural hand for you. Using the left obviously creates problems for you. It will take a few weeks to get it going, but you will be more satisfied with the results.
These videos are great. But there's this awesome behind the back dribble fake that I see tons of people do all the time. Rajon Rondo, Deron Williams, and tons of others do it all the time. Basically, if you're dribbling with your right hand, you do a behind the back dribble so the defender thinks you're doing a behind the back pass, but the ball just ends up dribbling in front of you on the left side.
Would you guys know how to do something like that?
I guess I'd have a hard time trying to explain it in words. I'd post a YouTube video in here but I get an error message every time I do.
If you type in "Rajon Rondo behind the back" and select the third video down (it's by AnAProductions151), it's an 18 second clip showing what I was referring to. He basically wraps his left arm around his back, and the defender thinks he's just about to do a behind the back pass to a teammate, but the ball just stays with Rondo instead.
Quick question: When doing these dribble attacks, which part of the body of the defender should you look at for us to decide how or when to do a particular move? Let's say the cross-over dribble
Do you know the hesitation move that most guards do when they crossed it between their leg, then they SIDE HOP, and then they follow it up with either a crossover, pull up, or drive.
The move is done by bouncing the ball (it doesn't matter if it's between the legs etc) and then taking a side hop. Right at the moment you land, you either cross, drive, pull up, shoot, or do nothing. This move is very, very, very common among Gs and PGs.D.Wade is ALWAYS side hopping.
@DwyaneWadeCounty yep, that's all that it is. It's just a set up step in one direction and then a COD dribble attack. The ones you showed are playground moves and aren't as fundamentally sound as straight ahead dribble attacks.
coach i need help but first ill tell the story.last yr we had coach mils who was lke more mean and dint let the 5th graders play much but now im we have a new coach this yr and hes leting the 5th graders in the starting 5 and we had 1 game and i was in the starting5 but now hes taking me out, hes letting ethan the other guy in 5th grade play more than me and i no im better than him i just always mess up under pressure at practices and now imi out of the starting5. wat do i do? (pg) its embarsing
@ShotaAmyMe25: Well Michael, you are letting your ego be too important. If you are playing a lot, there should be no reason for you to feel embarrassed! Players, mothers and fathers place too much emphasis on there child being a starter. One college coach I know of says he is more concerned about who finishes the game than who starts a game. You can probably get more playing time through working on your game. Hard to keep you out when you have the skills so lets get busy!!!
hey ShotScience, thanks for ur B-Ball tips. if i may suggest how about you do a vid for EACH five postions. and how to be effective as u can on that position as possible, the moves, the tips, the mentality, it will be a great series i promise. why dnt u try it out
Hey shot science, my muscle memory improved... I followed your tips in shooting and then I improved in my shooting at our game day by day. Thanks a lot! I hope that you will release a new video for me to learn more.
My basketball try-outs are on friday and i am a vebry good guard i pass and can get jump shots but sometimes i cant get around a defender or get points in the paint strong !!!
@Sasukefreak23: We recommend that you check out these Shot Science videos. "Long One-n-One", "The Hammer" and "Nine Finishes at the Rim." These will probably help, but you don't have a lot of time. Good luck.

Coaches LOVE EFFORT! Get on the floor and capture every loose ball, be supportive of everyone as this indicates that you can be a good team mate and finally, support the coach in everything he says. Good luck to you.
ShotScience 6 months ago
do you have a video of how to do that dribble the guy does on heaps how he just stands there and goes round and through his legs?
2codyharris 6 months ago
@2codyharris Well, no we do not have such a video and we will not because we are not into "Show Time" ball handling even though these guys are very good. We are into basketball skills that transfer directly to the game. Coaches at the H.S. and College level are not impressed by this "Shake and Bake." They are interested in how well you can finish, go by people and play a solid game.

Hey Coach, do you think you can make a video about the euro-step and/or hop-step? I think they're really effective on one-on-one situations but I'm not 100% sure on how to execute them.
This would help me a lot. Thanks.
JeffsAzn 6 months ago
@JeffsAzn Hey Jeff, we will do something on these two moves in the near future, meanwhile how are our Attacks going for you?
ShotScience 6 months ago
@ShotScience Well I haven't really gotten the chance to execute them against anyone yet considering the fact that basketball season is like 2 months away. I still got some tips from you guys that I never really realized like looking at your defender's feet positioning and intimidating them by looking at their eyes. I am definitely going to be a loyal subscriber because other channels really don't go into detail like you guys do (Expert Village).
JeffsAzn 6 months ago
@JeffsAzn As you prepare for the upcoming season you really need to work on these against other players on the playground or other pick-up games. If you don't do this they probably will not be very effective when your season rolls around. Learning to execute these against another person is SUPER IMPORTANT!!!!!
ShotScience 6 months ago
i tried flat back attack and scissor attack in game and i have to say that theese two moves are useless when defender doesn't attack you, but when he reaches for the ball theese moves are helpful
Mihau0794 6 months ago
@Mihau0794 it's actually up to you to set up and sell the move. You should be attacking them, not waiting for them to come after you. If they aren't going for it, you should go right by them, but if they do go for it, you use the flat back or the scissor to take it the other way. They shouldn't be able to recover at that point and you'll have them beat.

If it is a loose ball, can I catch the ball and take two steps before making a shot or a pass? Or is that travelling?
KlutchK 8 months ago
@KlutchK As soon as you establish control over the ball and have established a pivot foot you must have the ball out of your hand before the pivot foot touches the floor or it is a travel. This is the same for a pass or a shot.

ReLLz60 8 months ago
@ReLLz60 Sorry, but we've put out something like 10 videos since this video. We haven't stuck just to dribble attacks because people want TONS of different topics. We're working EXTREMELY hard to make as many videos as possible, but we need help to grow to be able to make videos more frequently. More dribble attacks are in the que and will be out soon. Please help us get the word out to as many people as possible so we can make this a FULL TIME commitment!
ShotScience 8 months ago
@ShotScience ok good and again sorry for the disrespect its just that i love all ur videos 110% so i was very excited to learn another crosover move GOOD LUCK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
ReLLz60 8 months ago
@ReLLz60 no problem. Just know that we're doing our best and always trying to up our game. As for the crossover. The one that we demonstrated in our older video is THE definitive way to perform that move. If you've mastered the techniques we demonstrate in that video, you shouldn't be able to be stopped. It's all about "selling" the move and making them think you're going one way, planting, and then exploding out into the other direction. Good luck!
ShotScience 8 months ago
One question.
Shinaru23 8 months ago
@Shinaru23 Well, we have these lapses because we do not have confidence against better players. You are making too much of it. Settle down and play your game and you will some some battles and lose some. When we become frustrated about how we are playing we tend to play terrible. Frustration can be your worst enemy. Relax and play your game. It will probably get better if you just relax.
ShotScience 8 months ago
you guys shud do also a vid on the fact that off techs are set up by each other. a drive by the defender sets up a jab fake, crossover, spin and pullup move. making a cross allows you to follow up with the in out, the cross backwards for the open jumper, or the double crossover. a successful spin sets up a spin fake and 360 spin. a pullup jumper attempt sets up the hesitation dribble, pump fake and hard dribble pullup. my coach used to say ball is aerobic chess; i hope you do a vid on this
drsaberkhan 8 months ago
love the effort you are putting in chase and coach but EVERY dribble maneuver works on faking the defender one way. itt has to be sold with the shoulder tilt, the knee sway and the flexed knee that allows the baller to explode the other way or use the lack of cover eyes are 10% of it. the dribble attack videos show techs that no good defender would fall for. id request uploading the dribble vids with large fast-slow-fast speed changes and shoulder+knee sway to sell the fake. great job guys
drsaberkhan 8 months ago
Thanks guys for another awesome vid. I got the shot science jump handbook and implemented some of my own workouts I'm 5'9 16 yrs old and I'm about 3 inches away from touching the rim. It's better than when I was just half way up the net.

i was wondering how to dribble better left handed.?
damond2324 8 months ago
@damond2324: There is no secret here damond! It is all about spending time practicing with your off hand. Most young players focus on their strong hand and this plays into the defenders hands because they will tend to force you to play with your weak hand. Let's get on it and fix it. PRACTICE, PRACTICE and some more PRACTICE!

If you haven't planned out the crossover video yet, can you make the new crossover video the Tim Hardaway UTEp 2 Step version? I wanna learn that crossover, I currently use the Allen Iverson crossover and D Will crossover.
DXiklledkennyXD 9 months ago
@DXiklledkennyXD all of those crossovers are variations on the same fundamental themes. Lots of times dribble attacks can be put together to make compound moves. We'll move onto those in the future. You need to have the fundamental skills down first or you're doing yourself a major disservice. Thanks for watching!

MrBasketball39 11 months ago
@MrBasketball39: Well, the answer to this question is simply this! You need to get to work on practicing you "Attack moves." Nothing works well for us until we have spend ta lot of time workin on the moves, handles or shooting. Keep practicing and you will finally be able to "Kick there Butts."

Hey Shotscience! Since i started playing basketball i learned to shoot my jumpshot's with my left, but i am actually right handed!, and this affects me because i am not as strong with my left as i am with my right, so i have less range, and i feel that my right hand thumb affects the spin, what do you recommend me to do?? switch hands or practice my left more??
leo0596 1 year ago
@leo0596: Get back to your dominate hand!! This is a natural hand for you. Using the left obviously creates problems for you. It will take a few weeks to get it going, but you will be more satisfied with the results.
ShotScience 1 year ago
These videos are great. But there's this awesome behind the back dribble fake that I see tons of people do all the time. Rajon Rondo, Deron Williams, and tons of others do it all the time. Basically, if you're dribbling with your right hand, you do a behind the back dribble so the defender thinks you're doing a behind the back pass, but the ball just ends up dribbling in front of you on the left side.
Would you guys know how to do something like that?
hiphophippy27 1 year ago
@hiphophippy27: Don't really understand the second part of your description. Try again.
ShotScience 1 year ago
@ShotScience
I guess I'd have a hard time trying to explain it in words. I'd post a YouTube video in here but I get an error message every time I do.
If you type in "Rajon Rondo behind the back" and select the third video down (it's by AnAProductions151), it's an 18 second clip showing what I was referring to. He basically wraps his left arm around his back, and the defender thinks he's just about to do a behind the back pass to a teammate, but the ball just stays with Rondo instead.
hiphophippy27 1 year ago
@hiphophippy27 i think the move you're thinking about is called the wrap around

ShotScience 1 year ago
Do you know the hesitation move that most guards do when they crossed it between their leg, then they SIDE HOP, and then they follow it up with either a crossover, pull up, or drive.
The move is done by bouncing the ball (it doesn't matter if it's between the legs etc) and then taking a side hop. Right at the moment you land, you either cross, drive, pull up, shoot, or do nothing. This move is very, very, very common among Gs and PGs.D.Wade is ALWAYS side hopping.
Make a video about this move.
DwyaneWadeCounty 1 year ago
@DwyaneWadeCounty you'd have to give us a visual example of this one. Sounds like it's just a set-up coupled with a dribble attack.

DwyaneWadeCounty 1 year ago
@DwyaneWadeCounty yep, that's all that it is. It's just a set up step in one direction and then a COD dribble attack. The ones you showed are playground moves and aren't as fundamentally sound as straight ahead dribble attacks.

ShotaAmyMe25 1 year ago
@ShotaAmyMe25: Well Michael, you are letting your ego be too important. If you are playing a lot, there should be no reason for you to feel embarrassed! Players, mothers and fathers place too much emphasis on there child being a starter. One college coach I know of says he is more concerned about who finishes the game than who starts a game. You can probably get more playing time through working on your game. Hard to keep you out when you have the skills so lets get busy!!!
