@DRIFTification maybe photoshop didn't exist ,but there were some cameras that if you didn't roll the film then the one picture was printed on the other.And if the first one was a ligh colored one and the second a dark one some faces did looked very ghostly
I doubt any of these are real, the first one is probably an optical illusion caused by the people in the back leaning back slightly and the people in the foreground moving forward. The lady who came in in the second photo was probably a real person who came in for the last photo so it would look like she 'mysteriously appeared'.

I find it rather interesting how in the first example shown the woman to the right of the supposed apparition has moved over to her right by as much as a foot from where she was in the first photo. You can determine this by noticing her head in relation to the vertical trim on the wall behind her head from one pic to the next. Had she not done so she would have been covered by the 'apparition'. Everyone else in the photos appear to be in relatively the same position in each photo...curious!

To me it just looks like bad photo development. Maybe some other pictures taken on the camera somehow fused with those pictures, causing it to look like there's extra people.

ghost do not present themselves in such easy-to-spot way, they don't even have physical bodies to reflect the light strongly enough to be capture like THAT in a film... and they don't pose to the cameras, like that couple over the head of the entertainer.. I do believe in ghost, but I don't believe in these photos

I've been hoping to catch a ghost on my pics when I was touring England (a british colleague told me England is one of the most haunted places on earth) , even posed beside a framed photograpgh of Guy Fawkes in my room at the Guy Fawkes Hotel in York - no luck. Wow, believe me.. Human, specially the females get in panic if they see a ghost. My house is most of the time without light and I do not fear darkness. No such thing was un-organic thing touching organic things. I've seen a lot of reports of super natural suicides that ghosts forced somebody to kill themselves. The hell is that? Ghosts cannot touch organic things such as Humans.
I had a friend say a ghost did physically touch (scratch) him though. We didn't used to believe his story, until I saw something exactly as he described years later, only it didn't touch me. I pulled the covers over my head and it was gone when I looked again. I never believed in the paranormal until that experience. Now I know.

My friend used her camera phone (digital, no double exposure) and captured a pic of a man standing behind her little nephew, there was no one else in the house. She was baby sitting. I saw the pic. Its pretty plain to see its a blurry "man". I'm a sceptic, but I couldnt dispute her picture.
first one is fake.. hands down.. the 2 women sitting at the back one with black curly hair and the other sitting close to the woman in blue, they part quite a distance in the second photo as if they knew they wouldnt get there face in the photo. that one is super fake.

You have no idea how long I've been looking for the first photo he looks at. I saw it when it was broadcast in the mid 90s and have only found a blurry version since, and not the 'before' photo. amazing. That photo freaked me out for years! The spooky music doesnt help!

ghost do not present themselves in such easy-to-spot way, they don't even have physical bodies to reflect the light strongly enough to be capture like THAT in a film... and they don't pose to the cameras, like that couple over the head of the entertainer.. I do believe in ghost, but I don't believe in these photos

wow! amazing! I've been hoping to catch a ghost on my pics when I was touring England (a british colleague told me England is one of the most haunted places on earth) , even posed beside a framed photograpgh of Guy Fawkes in my room at the Guy Fawkes Hotel in York - no luck. Anyway, as much as I'm fascinated with ghosts, I'm also scared so it was ok. Thanks for sharing this.

So, people in the afterlife to amuse themselves just jump into other peoples shots? I know what I'm doing once I kick the bucket! I'm turning up in so many peoples vaction pics!! Slappin' ladies butts, giving someones grandpa rabbit ears! I'll be a goofy ghost! (^_^)
But...then what does this say about the afterlife? Is there a Heaven or what? Is God giving these dead people the day off to appear in photos? Very odd...

Listen if u read the bible ever.... it said the dead r rested (asleep)... both good & evil. When Jesus returned, 1st the good souls will be called up. For some strange reasons, such violence/sudden death while alive, some souls refuse to rest (hence, restless spirits wandering about)... Also on the hand demons(fallen angels) also go about in this domain of their (Earth).... Keep searching the truth is not far around the corner. Live well.

Wow, believe me.. Human, specially the females get in panic if they see a ghost. My house is most of the time without light and I do not fear darkness. No such thing was un-organic thing touching organic things. I've seen a lot of reports of super natural suicides that ghosts forced somebody to kill themselves. The hell is that? Ghosts cannot touch organic things such as Humans.

I had a friend say a ghost did physically touch (scratch) him though. We didn't used to believe his story, until I saw something exactly as he described years later, only it didn't touch me. I pulled the covers over my head and it was gone when I looked again. I never believed in the paranormal until that experience. Now I know.
It took me about a year to be able to sleep without a night light on after that.

This is a Philip Schofield TV show, not exactly a powerhouse of scientific excellence just so you know.
I think #1 is a double exposure (the woman in the table looks just like the real woman immediately to the right, like she moved her head when the shutter was closed - perfectly sensible explanation).
Can't explain #2 and #3 but #4 has already been explained and is just a member of the public passing by.
Maurice Grosse died in October 2006, in case anyone's curious.

This is so common. I dont think they are fakes to be honest. My friend used her camera phone (digital, no double exposure) and captured a pic of a man standing behind her little nephew, there was no one else in the house. She was baby sitting. I saw the pic. Its pretty plain to see its a blurry "man". I'm a sceptic, but I couldnt dispute her picture.

first one is fake.. hands down.. the 2 women sitting at the back one with black curly hair and the other sitting close to the woman in blue, they part quite a distance in the second photo as if they knew they wouldnt get there face in the photo. that one is super fake.

just saw the first one and if you see the beer glass that is losest to the guy who took the photo is realy near the one to the left.. and at the second photo its in the same spot but the glass that was next to it wasnt and changed places...

You have no idea how long I've been looking for the first photo he looks at. I saw it when it was broadcast in the mid 90s and have only found a blurry version since, and not the 'before' photo. amazing. That photo freaked me out for years! The spooky music doesnt help!
