I tried this last night before I slept and I did as everything he described.I imagined standing in my bathroom...I believe I was just about to be present in my bathroom,I felt the lights of it glazing on my presence,but...I got scared because I was unsure if I wanted to go through this!So I snapped out of it!I woke and my heart was racing so fast,felt like my heart was about to explode!I was so disappointed with my self.Next time it will be different.I will not give in to fear and trust myself.

@EchavarriaJr I totally agree, the first time I tried an OBE, I snapped out of it because I got scared, but the second time I didn't give into fear and was successful until my mom disturbed my meditation. I'm trying this again in a few minutes, fingers crossed.

And also, just for reassurance, the fast/hard beating heart is just a feeling. It's actually like that every single day, you just don't feel it.

Hey can anyone help me out here? I can easily relax my Body and let it "sleep" and within 5 minutes, not even feeling sleepy, I enter what I think is the vibrational stage, my whole body feels like it's spasing out and vibrating but rocking Side ways at the same time and it only lasts a few seconds even if I remain calm and focused and then it ends bfor I can act on it.. i used another technique with a candle-concentrating on the rim of light aorund it before blowing it out-laying down to relax and closing your eyes as you visialize the fire in mind-eventually nmoving to where you're third eye is and following it thorugh. I always get to the point where i see a green glwoing circkle with a black whole but nevr can move towards it. I was told to watch this video tonight when i try it and i will let you know how it goes. thanks!

@LightMatrixRain i may have but i honestly dont remember, i was doing a lot of research. i did see his videos-although i have friends who have personally experienced it and told me to try a blue or green light in my pitch black room, cutting out all other light source and concentrate on that. Unfortunately i dont have a green or blue light i could put in my room or something.
