  • we played this at our 8th grade concert

  • were playing this song for UIL this year... this and 2 other songs so in total were playing like 16 minutes of music IN A ROW Dx lol :P

  • the one we play is WAYYY different o.o

  • trombone also, I'm playing this song at my next concert next week :)

    Go DONS!!

  • trombone We played this song this year it is a beutiful song we also played joy then emblem of unity listen to them they are amazing joy was hard grade 5 we are a all freshman and softmoore band and we made straight 1s go mustangs

  • I played this song in my high school band (I played flute) 2 years ago when I was a sophomore. Man, we did an amazing job. We combined 2 bands together, and the piece sounded so beautiful. So beautiful, I almost cried.

  • me too this concert

  • the third french horn from the end has awesome hair :D

  • the blondie? lol that's my primary instrument you know :) i played trumpet when i played this song though.

  • yay low brass =D great job guys.

  • i'm a trumpet player but i thinks dis song is nice espically french horn' and saxophone

  • laxandercrazy: the flutes don't play in the beginning.. im first chair flute too. && we are playing this song this year. but we have like 14 measures out i think.

  • im an euphonium player and i played this my twelth grade year.....i love the solo....beautiful song

  • the flutes arent in rest position!

    but it was good :P

  • ok im first chair flute and im a boy but i play like trumpet and percussion so heres my question. my band director gave us the song today and flute starts at the beggining. so why arent they playing and i have seen like alot of band do let there flute players start.

  • lick my nine

  • too fast at the climax, but really good overall

  • Other than the really obvious intonation issues, late (and poor entrances), tonal issues in the soloists and lead players, this performance was ok. For a District's group I'm disappointed, I would have expected better to be honest. I've heard worse, though...if that's any bit consoling.

  • I agree all the way with you. I went to all state honor band in January 2008 and mistro Robert Sheldon was our conductor. Middle school/high school honor band.

  • still, this is like the best of this song on youtube.

  • Wow that was beautiful.
