  • Thanks for sharing, I will give this a try sometime.

    To all the haters, this preparation might help:

    - Sautee the mushrooms in olive oil until they lose moisture, ~5min, remove from pan

    - Add more olive oil Sautee onion and bell pepper until softened, ~3-5min

    - Add spinach and cook until wilted

    - Return mushrooms to pan

    - Add eggs and cheese, and do the rest as shown

  • what should i eat if always hungry throughout the day? i just recently started lifting weights again and now im always hungry even after i just ate.. i take cyto gainer in the morning and after my workout. i only take 1 scoop tho and the recommended scoops is 4. should i be taking more? what quick foods do you recommend to take away my hunger? thanks

  • @chivasx90 Try eating more fiber base foods like whole grains (whole wheat pasta, oatmeal) beans, raw vegetables, fruits. Pretty much slow digesting protein and carbs (mostly carbs).

  • @ASAXON9 everything doesn't need fat. The main thing with this meal was the eggs for protein+fat. The spinach is good fiber, which is important. The yams are good carbs, which are also important. The rest of his ingredients were mostly added because he thinks it tastes better.

  • @gerizim14 LOL alright man I guess you're not an omollette person. If you don't want it to look so crazy, you could always start cooking the egg first and then add in all the veggies and cheese to make a more legit omollette. I just like to mix everything together like this.

  • @gerizim14 Carbs are the nicest tasting foods, no doubt. Protien foods are not too great, apart from chicken really. Deal with it.
