the 85mph speedos on all the 80's chevys are plain stupid. my buddy has a 83' 305 camaro, it does 105 easy. i was rollin beside him in my honda. lol these cars do 100 plus. they think puttin these speedos on em will slow em down. haha NOT.
@yaunez theres a reason why they dont put 150 on the dash. in the 80s the corvett was the big dog of gm. the truth is that the gn was the top dog. big mistake by the gn builders. cant have nothing more bad ass than the vett in the gm family the gn was the fastes production car at the time and not EVEN the vett could hold it . they discont the gn in 87 with a bang ( the great GNX ) .
