  • Meaning it's a chance to regualate, with state choice, you could allow certain people to open business so they could employ people and get our unemployment % down. With that being said ,of course the sick would stand to get medical help that wouldnt go straight out of the state and into the hands of the companies that produce over priced medications that half ass work for most. There is a chance for the state and its people to gain a higher ground in health and ec·o·nom·i·cal·ly. HB 30 nedds us.

  • other states are bennifiting from the sales tax, and consumtion and fees charged by the state for haveing the option to consume medical cannabis, with proper provisions. This state needs to quit trying to figure out how to get the most lemonaid out of this stand and just open up the stand and grow with it. Laws change every day, i'm sure if something is wrong with legalizing this state can figure out how to fix it. Our unemployment rates are at al time highs, give the sick there lives back.

  • If you cant figure it out by now then this state never will. I agree that we need laws and provisions made for the consumption of cannabis. Just because it is legal for you and your partner to have sex at home, doesnt mean that i want to drive by your house and see you and your spouce going at it in front of me and my kids. if you cant figure out how to place your tax, then make it a honesty tax. get a tongue swab to tell if one is on it at the time of question, not 30 days ago.

  • Like I've said in the past if you think you can walk out your front door and with-in 500 ft cant find cannabis , you need to look again , or maybe you live in the country.

And you people that are worried about cannabis people driving on the roads and harming you.........They are doing it and have been doin it for a long time legal or illeagal. What about those on pill medication's, that the bottle says be careful of operation motor vehicles. should they be taken off the roads.

  • I dont care about the taxation any longer, because your going to mis-use it anyway. All taxes are is the payment for the services the state provides.....prison, for those convicted of non violent crimes. Medical or recreational use is ok with cannabis because it can be used from earth to useage, with out alteration. ther is other things out there that are bad for us that can be ingested from the earth to useage, and the government dont care about that.

  • I know it might sound horrible but you cant loose your job for speeding to work, or speeding to work without your seatbelt on. I agree there needs to be reform. testing needs to be a little tighter thatn hey what did you do 2 1/2 weeks ago. most of you cant remember what you ate for dinner a week ago wednessday. Responsibility starts at home folks. why was it so easy for me to gain access to cannabis when i was younger , than alcohol? because it is regulated.

  • Here is my biggest problem. The state allows the drug testing policy to be if you have used cannabis in the last 30 days, you will be put up for violation and could in fact be terminataed from your job.however.you can drink the night befor and go to work and it is ok, even if your not 21 because that is how it is set up. Take cannabis off of the work test and see how your unemployment rates will drop. Even if we dont believe in something is right or wrong, believe this cannabis is not going away.

  • I'm going to grow it and smoke it either way you crooked fucks!! Read "The Emperor Wears No Clothes" and thumbs wayyyyyy up!!!!!!!!!

  • @Chiicago1985

Sucks got postponed again only 51 yes and 59 no.

  • @696969Brian696969 Ya it does suck, and if it doesn't pass next vote, well off to michigan i go to grow haha.

  • I also hate to see this, i live in this great state that is lead by a bunch of people who are out of touch with reality. A politician is no better than a gangster in these days. If anyone knows how to find the exact voting person by person please send me a link Worst part is they have made sure it can not be put up for public vote. Makes me sick and its time we as citizens start using our numbers to get back our great state and our human rights.

  • This makes me so sad. I'm in pain and a bunch of politicians think they know what's best for me... just because they don't like the thought of medically sanctioned cannabis use doesn't mean there isn't a legitimate need for it. If they don't like it, they don't have to ask for it. Let those who need it have it.

  • @MeoCulpa

  • people like john bradley or sandy cole SHOULD NOT be in office . i called 15 of the reps that voted no and left them a message saying im willing to talk about this issue and im willing to listen to there reason for voting no. I have not gotten a single call back. I emailed lou lang and he emailed me back because he acually cares about the people he's representing. We need to vote the idiots out of office.

  • ouh...

  • I am so sick of hearing about this crap and all the lies coming from people that don't have a friggin clue about Cannabis, to all you evil doers opposed to legalizing Cannabis for any reason, I hope God can forgive you for what you have done to all the people that choose Cannabis for Medical or any other reason, I am so sick of you freakin people

  • We the people, "in power".

  • I hope all those little red dots get a life threatening illness and get pumped full of perscribed drugs like morphene or oxycotten for the rest of there life. I think if they were to put them selfs in a sick persons shoes for just one day, they might change their decision. Its sad that there is this many paranoid, close minded and uncompassionate people this day and age.
