I don't use Facebook and I'd rather let my family and friends know how I feel about them before I pop my clogs. Every time you see or speak to someone is an opportunity to do that. If I got a posthumous message now from one of my loved ones who has died, I think I'd wish they'd told me whatever it was while they were alive, so I could have responded. (Unless the message was "A million dollars worth of gold bullion is hidden...) - JUST KIDDING! :)

I think that if a person still needs to nominate 3 friends for the app to work then it is useless, and they would also have to give the app permission to access their facebook page.

But it is a good idea to let all the persons friends and followers know that he or she has died. What about youtubers and bloggers?

Sadly you hear about a lot of people who do pop off and their facebook accounts are still active which is sad and upsetting to some. I think the principle of the app is OK, but my feeling is that you should say those things you want to say to the ones you love because nobody knows when they might leave. It is a little bit I must admit on the morbid side. But I can see it from the other perspective to. That its a great idea. We all have friends on Facebook. With this app it would let them all know of your passing rather than your loved ones possible sending private messages out to individuals. So it would take some of the heart ache off them I guess of contact people. What happens though if the 3 people you chose all die with you. The app wont work then. Great story as always Bro

It would really depend on the people using it...I could see bad things hppening with this. like hackers or worse. you fail to leave a written will and do this FB app instead, you die but everyone forgets to report it via your FB account so the message goes unnoticed until yrs later. Everythings been handled and given out and now because of this video it cause family problems. The message I would leave is not of Monetary value but emotional instead and is way too personal to relese LOL.

I used this app when it first came out. :) I made a video actually (being a vlogger, what did you expect?). Personally, I think it's pretty cool for people like me who don't have a written will. I'm one of those people who could be defined by the fact that I do almost everything online, so I think it's fitting. The message I left was mainly a big "I love you" and apologies for things I've done wrong and didn't get a chance to make up for (I update the video if something changes)
