  • sooooo yea your hot when your mad.. not that i've seen you any other way lol

  • @YoungWhispers lol thats sweet of you to say considering i did nothing with myself in this video. i dont really show my face at all in vids. ;)

  • l totally agree thats why l am looking into become a groomer, but l would also like to teach the dogs that don't enjoy their groom and are lets say restless, to sit there and enjoy their groom. l am also going to make some dvd's that will teach you how to teach your dogs in 10-20 minutes on how to train them to sit, stay drop and other tricks plus more. The technique's are so easy and have fast results. And everyone needs an obedient dog. but l need to organize them. Feel free to look at my site

  • @southerns8 that sounds good for you to do but i personally wouldnt be happy if a groomer was "training" my dog without me wanting it. my dogs are trained as it is and love being groomed when the person doing it is doing there job properly. my dogs are my babies (i have 3 in total) and some trainers techniques i have found to be too mean for my taste. i know they are trying to be firm and show them who is boss but mine respond just as good with praise and treats.

  • Licensing also needs pet groomers regulations!

Such as; Minimum Training requirements; be it through Voccational Schooling and/or employer apprenticeships. The schools need to be better regulated so that the programs and training is more that just about cutiing hair. Apprenticships need to be regulated by the State. As it is now anyone can call themself a professional Pet groomer and start grooming tomorrow.

  • @TheDogGroomingCritic i live in canada and im pretty sure you need to be licensed. . .

  • The pet owning public needs to stop complaining and demand that pet-groomers be Licensed by the State! That's right licensing is not required and certification by grooming associations is B/S.

  • @TheDogGroomingCritic i think its different in canada though.

  • Omg....your story sucks bad....so sorry your going thro bad groomers :-( Your animals are like your babies, you only want the best care for them!! People want a clean, neat, safe environment for there dogs......im a groomer, have been for 8 yrs now.... wish you lived in Dallas.......I would of been a good groomer for you.Go with your gut feeling, if it dont feel clean or safe....keep searching for comfortable place for u and your dogs :-)

  • @hotmamatye i wish i lived in dallas too =( lol i am having the worst luck!!! im a hairdresser and im tempted to switch to dog grooming just so that there is someone decent in my area that actually loves dogs and cares about their safety lol i cannot believe some people!

  • I would suggest asking the groomer to shave your dogs ears when you come to pick them up. I'm a groomer and I always ask when the owner comes for their dog if the cut is what they wanted. If they say yes, then great! But occaisionally they want something modified, and I have no problem doing that. It's your money and you should leave happy everytime. If you just ask the people to fix the ears and tail, they should (if they are good) have no problem doing it right then before you leave. Good luck

  • @chanslems you sound like a better groomer then i have ever experienced lol i have asked them to modify the cut when i didnt like it and they told me it would be an extra charge. The one lady said to me"if i have to cut it twice then i will be charging you for 2 cuts" i was furious and just didnt tip but still ended up paying for the one cut and not going back. this rant was from a while ago and unfortunately i still havent found a good one so i have just been cutting her hair myself

  • Your dogs are so cute! I think the fluffy ears are cute but the tail looks a little funky. If Molly has silky hair, then people clippers might work, but I suggest you try buying a multispeed dog clipper if all the other salons don't meet your needs. Sometimes you just gotta do it yourself.

  • @XforLEX Thank you!!! i think they are cute too!! i am a hairdresser so i have a bunch of really good people clippers but molly's hair is too thick and coarse so my clippers just seize up lol plus she doesnt sit well for me like she does with strangers, she thinks its play time 24/7 lol. I havent got her hair cut since this video and its SOO long so hopefully i can find a good place soon, im thinking ill just have to supervise them while they cut it haha

  • This video makes me feel like I'm your personal friend that you tell all your dog woes to.

  • @ProfoundlyForlorn LOL!! i hope thats a good thing ;)

  • @TheNatashaoviatt Yeah sure why not.
