These "dictators" are only seen as terrible to mainly the west side, but in reality all of them had one objective in mind and that was the best for there countries and is that not what a leader should be doing. Some did mess up at some points but it frustrates me if i was to say Stalin people would immediately say "Communist" which he was but people look at communism as a bad thing when the original theory of it was to have extreme equality with no leader.

@sawin2015 Actually Hirohito had virtually no power what so ever over his nation during WW2. He was a pupet to the political leaders of the extreme nationalistic party which name slips my mind. He was extremly outspoken against WW2 and twice tried and failed to stop actions by the military. Not only that but he was so loved by the people that despite wanting to turn himself over to the americans the people refused to let him. Even if he WAS a dictator, he wasnt in the top 10 worst.
