Regarding the 32 ACP and the 380 ACP they appear to have the same effect on the water jug. The silver tip 32 had even more effect than the 380.

In your comment on the 22LR HV round shooting at 1500 fps. That 1500 fps velocity is through a 24" test barrell, NOT a 3" to 4" HANDGUN barrell. I have done my own test of "22LR vs. 25 ACP" using a Taurus PT22 and its 25ACP twin, the PT25. Same barrell leingth, same targets, same day. In EVERY TEST the 25ACP had MORE penetration. ( Although MARGINALLY so!!! )

But the point is, the 25ACP is NOT inferior to the 22LR in a PISTOL.

Would I bet my life on eather one? ABSOLUTLY NOT!!!!! lol
