I love this release of violence. The guy struggling for his wig! The fat cook bear hugging the biker!  The big punch sonny throws at the head biker! And the two beautiful tracks playing in the background. It's not real world but we all know people we'd like to do this to.

Dude if those were hell's angels they'd be strapped....The difference between the mob and biker gangs is the mob doesn't use violence unless its in the interests of making more money....the biker gangs (old school ones) got into scraps for fun...I don't think that this would go down this way in reality.

Actually, if you read the book "No Angel" about an undercover cop who infiltrated a biker gang, he tells a story of how those guys (the bikers) were afraid of no one...until one day a mobster sat down to talk to one of them, and the guy froze.

@Q5films The times you've heard about this? I worked in Brooklyn and Staten Island for over 20 years and interacted with these types regularly. So please don't try to use what you've "heard" as some kind of evidence.

Just so everyone gets it, I'm not saying those wiseguys were soft. I know they're not. What i'm saying is they portrayed those bikers as being "soft". The wiseguys were outnumbered and mostly fat, old men. If Sonny pulled out a gun, then the beating would make more sense.

A little late in my response. Yes I understand what you're saying and you are right that they dramatization was exaggerated. As for "what I've heard" I actually do know a story and the people involved, and exactly what happened, but hey it dosent really matter.
