  • The context of eschatology in the Scriptures is the end of the Old Covenant age which came in 70AD.

  • This was accomplished in the first century. The number 1000 is symbolic. The Bible tells us that Satan would be destroyed soon after Paul wrote to the Romans in the 60's AD. The God of peace will soon crush Satan under your feet. (Romans 16:20 NASB) And the devil who deceived them was thrown into the lake of fire and brimstone (Revelation 20:10 NASB).

  • @promisesrkept even the 3 and a half years are symbolic, but people don't remember what Jesus, James, and such said, that Elijah had left (and we can read it in the Old Testament) the adulterous generation during Ahab's reign, and it didn't rain for 3 1/2 years until he returned. So they had a famine of the Word of the Lord, and they were given drought as God's idolatry punishment. Revelation has to do with idolatry punishment for old Jerusalem, in contrast to the New one - Gal.4

  • @krononomikon waters of bitterness (Torah adultery punishment), blood for blood (Genesis murder punishment), double destruction/second death (Jeremiah), Fallen, fallen is Israel > Amos 5:2+7; fallen, fallen is Mystery Babylon > Revelation

in light of that though, in the same way that we could also be cast out if we refuse to take heed to His words, we should be careful that we are also not cut out! (Romans 11)

  • He will come to set up his millenium kingdom for a 1,000 years. He will bind up

the devil until he is released at the end of that period. Then God will rain fire on the rebels.

  • The 'present age' or 'this age' in the New Testament was the Old Covenant age. It ended in AD 70 at the destruction of the temple and the entire Jewish system. 'The age to come' was the New Covenant age which was consumated in AD 70 and will never end. Prophecy has been fulfilled.

  • The last days were the last days of the Old Covenant age. Those days came to an end in AD 70 at the destruction of the temple, priesthood, sacrifices and the entire Jewish economy. Since then all who are in Christ are a new creation in the New Covenant age. We live in what they considered the age to come. This is the reason Daniel's words were sealed until the time of the end and Revelation was not sealed because the time was near, i.e. the AD 70 destruction of Jerusalem.

  • First century Jews did not use our modern calendar. How do you come up with the date 2008?

  • Great video. Thanks.

  • Actually, I was thinking about the Second Seal of Revelation 6 and WW III.

  • You are in for some prophetic surprises, soon.

  • The Kingdom has NOT come. If Christ were now reigning, everything would be as indicated in the OT. Read the OT, perhaps you will see what I mean.

  • That's correct, Christ said, "not of this world" He did not mean that it would not come to this world. Don't forget when you pray, thy kingdom come on earthy as it is in heaven. When the King returns, His Kingdom will come to the new earth.

Do not tear out the OT from your Bible, it reveals the coming future Kingdom of Yahweh on earth.

  • "The moon will be abashed, the sun ashamed; for the LORD Almighty will reign on Mount Zion and in Jerusalem, and before its elders, gloriously." Isiah 24:23

When Christ begins to reign His Kingdom will never end. Do you See Christ in Jerusalem today? No, neither do I!

  • We are in the endtimes.

  • Yes I believe we have entered the Time of the End. See video response above.
