But we didn't know it,the promoter said 'learn it or you don't get paid!'We then found out why people had requesting the song.Instead of our full name,we'd been billed as 'the cascades' who'd had a big hit in he charts! I remember the first time I heard this song was in a TV commercial of double arrow gum. I was 7 and thought " How refreshing this song is!" and I fell in love with it. Although I didn't find this song's name at that time, I remembered the melody. Then 11 years later. I heard this song once again in a cafe and I was thrilled!! Today, I heard this song on tv in a 60's song's commercial and I finally find the name for it!! It's called " Listen to the rhythm of falling rain"!

I remember when I was 3 years old. Seems like they played this song only when it was raining out. While my Mom would wax the kitchen floor, My older sister and I would use the kitchen chairs and build a fort with our blankets in the living room. It's cool when a song can jar your memories!
