I think it starts with the indoctrination of "duality", I think the cause of natural duality is a pleasure/pain response. However because religion attached the God/Devil duality, people are coerced into choices they wouldn't make were it not due to the fear instilled by religion. I kinda have a problem with militant atheists. First it's bit stupid, to commit your whole life to fighting something, in this case religion. Also their focus on rationalism realy reminds me of the stuborn position of the religious people. Sure an atheist will point out, that their position is based on facts and the religious is based on faith, but in the end it is just beliving your eyes and ears... not the most reliable thing, as I have learned.

I personaly think, that the scientific method is the best, we currently have, but I am very concerned by some people treating science like something absolute and 100% right, making science some sort a religion that way. Many prominent atheists like Hitchens, and Sam Harris, speak out against Islam as well. Most Buddhists do not worship a specific god. You can be an atheist and a Buddhist. Accepting extraordinary claims based on faith is something many people are concerned about.

I was so scared that I got a heart attack with no pain! A week later I went to the Emergency Room & found out I suffered a heart attack. Since that time - I have been a Christian & go to church weekly. Since that time - 37 years ago - I had Jesus appear to me & I have seen Angels on three occasions! They are on the wrong road!

I think it starts with the indoctrination of "duality", I think the cause of natural duality is a pleasure/pain response. However because religion attached the God/Devil duality, people are coerced into choices they wouldn't make were it not due to the fear instilled by religion. We go to war based on someone declaring someone else evil, that is due to religious teaching. Even our entire political system is based on this duality principle. I kinda have a problem with militant atheists. First it's bit stupid, to commit your whole life to fighting something, in this case religion. Also their focus on rationalism realy reminds me of the stuborn position of the religious people. Sure an atheist will point out, that their position is based on facts and the religious is based on faith, but in the end it is just beliving your eyes and ears... not the most reliable thing, as I have learned.

I personaly think, that the scientific method is the best, we currently have, but I am very concerned by some people treating science like something absolute and 100% right, making science some sort a religion that way. In my opinion this kills one of the core elements of the scientific method: the constant doubt in what we belive to know. "I know, that I know nothing."

I was an Atheist till God pulled my soul out of my body -- & then I cried out to Jesus & HE was in my bedroom - three times - & then Jesus put my soul back into my body. I was so scared that I got a heart attack with no pain! A week later I went to the Emergency Room & found out I suffered a heart attack. Since that time - I have been a Christian & go to church weekly. Since that time - 37 years ago - I had Jesus appear to me & I have seen Angels on three occasions! They are on the wrong road!

The Blasphemy Project is NOT logical. The passage in the Holy Bible, Luke 12:10, has been COMPLETELY taken out of context by the National Response Squad. As long as you have life in your body there is nothing you can do or say that will permanently isolate you from the love of Jesus. What Luke 12:10 really means is that if you die, having never accepting Christ's forgiveness for your sins, based on Christ's death on the cross, and resurrection, then THAT is unforgivable.

My point is that you can't tell someone that there is nothing they can do to rid themselves of your God because your just giving an opinion on scripture. Using your logic you can envision God as nothing more than a pestilence. I believe the Yahweh God is a pestilence though so I am a fan indeed of your logic.

Almost everyone denies the power/existence of the Holy Spirit in there life, but denying the Holy Spirit is not the unforgivable sin at all !!! the unforgivable sin is blasphemy against the Holy Spirit....According to the bible this blasphemy has to do with someone witnessing Jesus Christ performing a miracle and then attribute that power to Satan instead of the Spirit. Religion only exists to dictate the masses perception of reality. Go read a science book and you will have the answers to how everything works. I know it is easy to just believe that an imaginary figure simply created everything and nothing needs more explanation. And evolution is a theory because science no longer calls anything laws. It's all called theory. Like the general THEORY of relativity.
