  • im buying this

  • the voice of ss2 is awful.

  • ohhhh ha-ha-haaa he will be arrseted or somthing?

and but wht did he mean when he said he killed millions to save billions?and rarshack still died!?

  • no the ending of the movie the blue guy whatever his name is just kills rarshacck and then the show his diary in the newsppaper place wtf?

and how many comics are their of the movie?

  • @ScubaMagic2121 the original mini-series for Watchmen came out in the late 80s and included 12 comic books, which you can now buy in one graphic novel for about $12 on Amazon - you really should read it - it's fantastic and I think you'll understand the ending much more. Rorschach's journal contains all the information about how Ozymandis fooled the world at the end of the film, so the newspaper will publish the story and expose him.

  • I dont get the ending at allll some pleaaasssee explain plzzzzz!!

  • @ScubaMagic2121 the ending of my video here or the ending of The Watchmen? My suggestion is to read the graphic novel - it's one of the best comic books of all time, and while the ending is slightly different than in the movie, I think it'll help you understand.

  • Does it worth 89 USD?

that's what I have to pay to import it here

  • that's a little much... I would wait and maybe try to buy it used on Ebay or at a local 2nd hand shop...

  • and the dvd have trailers from the movie(watchmen)

  • Hey man! could you please tell me if it has Spanish subtitles?

  • Yes - The Region 1 DVD of The Ultimate Cut I have has English, French and Spanish subtitles.

The Motion Comic DVDs only have English subtitles.

  • Awesome! now I'm going to buy it. Thank for the reply!

  • cool!

  • Don't mean to spoil this kool vid but I would like to point out that Watchmen ISN'T an American comic as claimed at 3:05 in the vid. Alan Moore and Dave Gibbons are English. Also, it was Muse in the Trailer. Good vid other than that though. +1 Subscription. ^_^

  • well - I have to disagree but I think we're just splitting hairs. Watchmen is very much an American comic, as it was published by DC and my guess is it was only initially available to purchase in the UK as an import item. The Sandman by Neil (God) Gaiman is also an "American comic" even tho Neil is very British. Without DC, The Watchmen would not have been published and the inspiration for the characters comes from American (Charlton Comics) characters acquired by DC.

  • I do agree that this is merely splitting hairs, but as an Englishman myself, I have to sit on the "British comic" side of the fence even though it was published by an american publishing house (DC), I think we can both agree that the graphic novel is a masterpiece however, whichever side of the atlantic has the right to claim it as their's and the film also.

  • In my Top 5 of all time, alongside Sandman, Grendel, Dark Knight and Bone.

  • Hey Jason. I was glad to get the ultimate cut well worth importing to the UK. I always felt underwhelmed by the lack of extras on the directors cut (running time 186mins)no commentaries, a featurette re the books impact , the11 video journals and music video. The Blu Ray has 4 discs but has the same extras the motion capture comic is on 1blu ray instead of 2 dvds, on amazon the blu ray is $30.99, only $4 more then the dvd.

  • ok - cool - thanks for the info!

  • I did not like the Watchmen movie. It was too frickin long

  • ahhh - you young people and your limited attention span... LOL

Any movie that is good is good all they way thru no matter how long it is. 90 minutes of a bad movie is 90 minutes too much.

  • One of my all time favorite movies is Das Boot, and especially the extended full cut (recently released).

If you don't like long movies, skip it. :D

  • I'm 15 and I thought the theatrical cut of Watchmen was too short :P So as a fan of the comic I'm in love with this cut.

  • Impressive job.

Talking nine minutes about the opening of a DVD box. *lol*

  • unboxing vids are popular actually

  • I was just teasing him anyway. :-)

  • The GN was awesome, still rereading it always. I so want that maybe for Xmas. :)

  • I've never read the graphic novel but I thought the film was great. A few things felt out of place or overdone, but a terrific film overall.

  • 30 bucks for all of that is a damn good deal, i think i payed 50 for the matrix box? >_>

  • Hey Jason! Liked the video.

I'll have to check that movie out. Sounds good, have you used the Digital copy? If so, could I maybe get it from you? I'm only 17 so not really much money haha.

Also, I left you a message on.. I forget which account of yours but it was one of them. Haha.

  • wow, you're from California too? Where at? I'm in the L.A. area. I haven't read the comic or watch this movie. I'll see how I like it. =)

  • He's in San Diego, so only two hours away from you basically. Nice choice of movie also Jason =)

  • eh... It's 6 hours by train ride down there. I don't drive. :X

  • yep - I'm in San Diego now. If you can, read the comic before you see the film - I think you'll enjoy the film much more that way. You can get the trade paperback for about $10 on Amazon.
