G chords often have a first fret B string hammer on/off added. The F's sometimes use 3rd fret high E string hammers. Only other real variation is a fully open strum (all open) between a chord change, usually at the end of a progression.

The finger picking part at the end is a simple C shape up on the ?8th? fret and then a C, opening the A string and then adding 3rd fret low E to get that bass line at the end.
