Chris Lamont Volleyball Blocks in Holland 2007/8

This is bad for young players. His fundamentals are off and he's only getting this blocks from a godgiven height. He leaves a lot of room between his arms, his teammates don't close the block, and he does not stop and set his feet before he jumps, instead he "floats" or "glides." Younger players do not follow this!!
