I was on a raw diet for a few years but after a year every non raw food make me seriously sick. So I think it is good to train your body against poison. So every two month I do one month of McDonalds diet. So I can now digest any food I like. I recommend this for everybody, because if you do only raw foods and one time you have to eat in a remote hotel - you might die!

@tickledsoul I've heard about dogs being omnivores and living extra long lives on vegan diets and also healing on vegan diets. Durianriders said cats can be fed vegan diets and will hunt birds and mice if they require. As for other animals which are carnivores, they have the teeth, claws and digestive systems for it whereas humans digestive systems are well suited to fruits, veggies, nuts and seeds. The other argument is that carnivore animals can't choose whereas humans obviously can. Peace :)
