  • you're extremely ignorant. hey, news flash buddy, NOT EVERYONE IS FROM AMERICA! and another news flash, PEOPLE IN OTHER PARTS OF THE WORLD USE CELL PHONES TOO! who cares if he has an accent. at least he can speak english so that he's able to tell you something. you wouldn't be able to speak his language. so who's dumber? you or him?
