At first when I heard the siren I thought this was an actual meltdown siren. Then I took the time out to read the title and found out its only a test.

True story. When I was about 16, I was visiting Virginia City, NV for a vacation. It was my first time there and it was pretty nice. Loved the history to it and all. Anyway, I was in a shop looking around at some cool stuff, just minding my buisness, when out of nowhere, I heard these sirens go off. First thing I thought was huge evacuation do to nuclear threat. I literally had the worst panic attack and ran out of the store screaming. Ends up the siren was to let the minors know its lunch time.
