Gary, you have a great wine show. I completely understand your frustration about the Sancerre's, however its crap that you would pair with the local dumpster that makes you appreciate a nice Sancerre. No goat cheese for this episode? Also I love your outside the textbook, realistic and detailed explanations you provide. It definately allows me to understand what your tasting without tasting it. Love the energy!
