How to Clean Vinyl Records : Placing Vinyl Record Into Sleeve

A cleaned (?) Sire label record...placed into an old, equally ratty Atlantic stock sleeve. Insulting. He should have put it in a new replacement sleeve (a search will give you plenty of places to get them; preferably a polylined one).
