to be honest my hand can get so relaxed that I loose the arrows when I'm not prepared to shoot it

can you slo mo the video and zoom in on release hand? I have a tendancy to 'grab' my bow after the shot. I am afraid that at the time of shot I transition from relaxed to catching the bow. I am not sure what I should be doing.
