well ctrl+alt+delete is not the task manager input

ctrl+shift+esc is specifially for taks manager and can be used in all versions of windows to immediately bring up the task manager

Ctrl+Alt+Delete and clicking Task manager to get taskmanager in Vista? No, there is an easier way, just press Ctrl+Shift+ESC.

i know the solution, if you don't know already. Open task maneger and double click on it. Just double click on the task maneger when it opens. ;)

i fixed it and it's just a virus, use any antivirus program like avg and it will be gone. FIXED

dude, i figured out something, double click the gray strip on the top of task manager and it goes back to normal, so now its fixed
