no offense but when you get the scar gun, it makes every weapon, even grenades useless. its like in mgs4 where you start with the mk 22 a knife,and optical camo. it just breaks the stealth mechanic in half

found out you have to complete an optional sidemission to ever get it. i dont really care that much because in the last two or so levels youre just fighting bosses or controlling the big drone anyway, so fuck it

where do you find the side missions?

you just finished off the ~second big drone. you enter a new area and after killing 2 guards theres a bridge that you have to activate by shooting an explosive at a switch mechanism.

after killing all the bad guys cross a bridge to your left instead of continuing towards another big drone that might already be shooting at you at this point. there will be a room in which you talk to some rebel over a tv.

...he tells you to destroy shiny objects on roofs. (signal transmitters or jammers, whatever)

5 of them i think. some of those are actually in areas you already destroy them with explosives before talking to this guy.

also i found it quite difficult to survive the big drones so i suggest you kill it before you talk to the rebel (he isnt a savepoint unfortunately).

so when you die on your quest you dont have to fight everyone again.

lastly, i dont know where the sniper rifle is.
