@Korozzz I think it's pitiful, too....I heard the song first because I love music of the era, then I tracked down the movie that it came from.....what a sad, yet beautiful movie! I think what's most revolting is that some producer thought it'd be OK to hitch this song to a dog....

On a side note, as a violinist myself, I appreciate just how skillful she is, and she plays this exactly as I would if I had her skills. Bravo!

RIP Seymour...I was seriously surprised to find myself almost at tears while watching a cartoon TV show - known for it's comedy. It was one of those things that you just do not expect and then it hits you.
