hello, thank you for posting this. My dad (Professor Milne) passed away this week and i was googling him and this came up. I was in this class too, but i was like four or five. Do you remember me? Ha... anyways, i dig it, good job.
@marzapanther I am so sad to hear this but so glad to hear from you! Your dad was so instrumental in my life and career. I worked for him in the film office and he was such a wonderful boss and the greatest film professor, I think of him often with warmth and affection and am so sad to hear he is gone, condolences to you and your family Xooxox Craig
Believe it or not, I am not a student at Brooklyn College, and they are having us do the same thing! B&W on 16mm reversal with old B&H Filmo cameras! You did a great job on this. I bet it was harder to do the editing on real film. Even though we are using the exact same cameras, we get to edit on computers. :) Again, this is cool. Good job.
@posterfix I took it with Brian Winston in the summer of '85. Hell on Earth. Busted equipment, indifferent students (some of whom were nevertheless on huge ego trips), no one doing what they were supposed to be doing, and just simple communication turning into a massive, insoluble problem. Then Winston almost bit a student's head off for having his actress stick her tongue out seductively into the camera. It was hell. Beyond hell. The worst summer of my life.
she got a nice ass :)

Everything is terrible, but was worth 1 second of my life because it was shot on 16mm.

@ilov3lala it was still 1972, when people make films like The Godfather, and before Hollywood becomes a mindfuck institution.
