I was at the show. Lauryn made us wait 3 hours because she was getting a damn manicure and pedicure. On top of that, she was garbage. She might as well have not even come out. Thank goodness for Tribe and the Wu.

If not than you don't know the real reason why it took her that long. It can be anything. I understand your "frustration" though cause waiting 3hrs aint easy. she also had a sore throat that night from all the touring she was doing and traveling. I saw her at Harmony Festival and she was amazing

@man012able Okay, whoa!!!!! I never said I wasnt a fan. (as I am currently listening to the Lauryn Hill/Ronald Isley remake of Close to You). I said she was garbage that night. And I hate to break it to you, but you don't know what kept her backstage all that time either. But Lauryn Hill is one of the greatest individual talents i've ever seen (and I was there at her Miseducation tour with Busta Rhymes) and couldnt sleep that night. That's how great she was. So yes, I did expect more from her.
