Dont know how this works but you must have some rights to it when you make it by adding ur name etc on the vid itself? And then the account must always be closed if one claim its his own surely?!? Maybe if he wrote that he isnt the creater of the video and add who is with a link it would be legal, but this must surely go against the YT rights same as with all the music copyright shit thats going on that gets removed all the time:(
@spooks77 I don't know if it's the same in the Us or anywhere else, but in Europe, you have to pay if you want your 'name' to be a copywright... Putting a name does not mean anything... I had problems with that as many of my drawings got stolen and the little brat sold them... But you can't do anything beside spread the link and try to get the moron to be excluded from youtube...
