Gloves, Helmet, Lacrosse Stick, Shoulder Pads, Elbow Pads, and cleats....best bet if atarting off, go to play t again sports...just to make sure you like the sport first, because new lacrosse stuff is like 500 and up...but Im sure youll love it, fastest game on two feet, been playing since 4th grade, 13 years now, and would never go back...also may want a cup but up to you

i coach lax. and from all my experiences, if you have a question, ASK YOUR COACH. they will usually always be wiling to work with you. and if you really are having an issue, pm me and ill post an instructional vid or something.
