haha i like this video, i went to both lehi and westlake and i saw almost all my friends i hung out with in this video, i thought zachs comment about the last touchdown was funny but it might of been a little true cuz the principal came into the locker room and told us he was proud of us but we should have shown some class out on the field instead of doing that last touchdown with only seconds left and us already winning

I'm Pretty sure the Judges at the Film Festival were on Crack because no good Documentary is a bias as the crap you guys say in this. This has got to be one of the worst documentaries ever. Especially you Zach, you sound like a moron. We went to Lehi. We know the legacy so shutup. You have nothing to back you up but that you hate us (PS not our fault you guys suck at football, and 80-40 basketball game is just as bad as 21-3 if not worse, not to mention the 11-0 soccer game).
The problem with people like you from westlake that get so ticked off about this video is that you have the worst selective hearing on the face of the planet. Step back and look at it from a point of view of someone that isn't apart of it all and you see that this video talks about the problems that both schools have. @scoobynicker Just a thought here...something to consider and ponder. What of the friends you still have at the opposite school? Don't they influence your feelings toward the other school at all or just your own?
@leon0gordo Well now that I go to Westlake, I pretty much just drifted away from my old friends, sad I know but that's what happens in highschool, people move on. so no they don't really influence my thoughts of "the other school"
@scoobynicker I've got to agree with him here. I barely talk to my friends that go to Lehi anymore. The only way I ever talk to them is on Facebook, and I rarely talk to them on there anyways. Like he said, you just drift away from your friends, because they go to a different school.
When I first heard about the "L", I was in shock. Being a former Lehi student, I knew what the "L" meant to Lehi, and I was VERY disappointed at any person who was involved with it... Anyways, that's all I have to say. Congrats on the win, again! And sorry about the three posts haha.

When I watched the video the first time, I couldn't understand why you said both sides are at fault. At first, it all seemed like you were blaming Westlake for everything, which I can't blame you for. But, I watched it a second and third time, and I finally found what you meant. BOTH schools need to have respect for one another, so we can have a healthy rivalry, not like the one now that is full of hatred.
When I heard Lehi had won first place, I wasn't too happy. But, now that I've seen the video, I can see why. Congrats on the win!
But, first off, how can you hate a school you've never even been to? I can honestly say that I do not like Lehi, not hate, because I was a student for two years before I came to Westlake. You Lehi students haven't been students at Westlake, so it's hard to see where you're coming from with the hatred.
Realize your school is still in one piece. The "L" was broken and at first I, and others, thought of retaliation but instead i thought it would be good to make a point. Please pay close attention to the message of this video. If you want to redeem your school's name then turn in those who broke the "L" notice its still broken, but our pride is not. We don't want this rivalry to end up like every other rivalry out there, we would like for it to become something more.
I am a Westlake student. Yes kids from our school destroyed your "L" as a rivalry action but don't persecute our entire student body for their actions. As far as I know, they were freshmen. Most of us are former Lehi students and we understand how important that was to you. We are not all poor sports and for you guys to create this video and tell us otherwise, it's ridiculous. You are the ones who are poor losers. We respect you and your school so why don't you grow up and do the same for us?

And by the way, I wouldn't be surprised if the majority of the students that go to Lehi didn't even notice the L until it was broken, I went there last year and I never noticed it. But anyways this is a great video, I love it. good job guys

@scoobynicker Just a thought here...something to consider and ponder. What of the friends you still have at the opposite school? Don't they influence your feelings toward the other school at all or just your own?

@leon0gordo Well now that I go to Westlake, I pretty much just drifted away from my old friends, sad I know but that's what happens in highschool, people move on. so no they don't really influence my thoughts of "the other school"

@scoobynicker I've got to agree with him here. I barely talk to my friends that go to Lehi anymore. The only way I ever talk to them is on Facebook, and I rarely talk to them on there anyways. Like he said, you just drift away from your friends, because they go to a different school.

When I first heard about the "L", I was in shock. Being a former Lehi student, I knew what the "L" meant to Lehi, and I was VERY disappointed at any person who was involved with it... Anyways, that's all I have to say. Congrats on the win, again! And sorry about the three posts haha.

@kingofmonkeys Well guys thank you for the appreciation. King I thank you for go through the video so much and realizing what im trying to say. You nailed it on you next comment down. Both schools do need to learn respect. Now yes how can you hate a school you've never been to. ask the other portion of your school that same question. From our side it could be the "L" that drove us over the edge to our passionate hatred that is why i made this film is to maybe help both schools out.

When I watched the video the first time, I couldn't understand why you said both sides are at fault. At first, it all seemed like you were blaming Westlake for everything, which I can't blame you for. But, I watched it a second and third time, and I finally found what you meant. BOTH schools need to have respect for one another, so we can have a healthy rivalry, not like the one now that is full of hatred.

When I heard Lehi had won first place, I wasn't too happy. But, now that I've seen the video, I can see why. Congrats on the win!
But, first off, how can you hate a school you've never even been to? I can honestly say that I do not like Lehi, not hate, because I was a student for two years before I came to Westlake. You Lehi students haven't been students at Westlake, so it's hard to see where you're coming from with the hatred.

Realize your school is still in one piece. The "L" was broken and at first I, and others, thought of retaliation but instead i thought it would be good to make a point. Please pay close attention to the message of this video. If you want to redeem your school's name then turn in those who broke the "L" notice its still broken, but our pride is not. We don't want this rivalry to end up like every other rivalry out there, we would like for it to become something more.

I am a Westlake student. Yes kids from our school destroyed your "L" as a rivalry action but don't persecute our entire student body for their actions. As far as I know, they were freshmen. Most of us are former Lehi students and we understand how important that was to you. We are not all poor sports and for you guys to create this video and tell us otherwise, it's ridiculous. You are the ones who are poor losers. We respect you and your school so why don't you grow up and do the same for us?

@heidiw11 So obviously you havent really listened to the purpose of the video and noticed that both sides are at fault. The L is just a portion of the video and i think you need to go back and watch it again because you arn't realizing that we claim that both schools are at fault and we all need to learn to have respect. Please before you comment next time make sure you are well informed.
