All you have to do to get ti that mission is, beat all the champs like the downtown, beach, etc. when your done you have to have one million dollars. Drive around with your car and you will get a call from carl or I forgot his name and then accept the call and that's the end

okay another tip on how to get 1 millon in a tick first buy the kamazka ninja or the faster bike -forgot the name- so when you got one of those bike upgrade them -upgrading them it your choice you win ether way- so go out and beat alot of highway races there quick and get you alot of money

Actually all you really have to do is get a million dollars and win a few specific races and then you get the memo to meet Karol (like shown here) BUT you still keep playing. I've been playing for a whole year since I "won". You can't get any more rep after the IDOL level, but everything in the garage is free. You still earn money.... I have almost 4 mil........

However, activating any cheats, you can't earn rep points or money in any races. At all.

Do car delivery on easy. You'll win almost every time, and get anywhere between 5000-9000 dollars. I've never gotten lower than 6000.

It takes a bit of time, but it's faster than doing races.
