This was one of the BIGGEST HITS OF 1962 and this is Brian Hyland at his VERY BEST!!! His powerful singing, the lovely instrumentation (especially with the harmonica) and the background vocals make this a song to forever remember. This was in the pre-British invasion era and so many of the songs at this time were about boy and girl relationships and the happy and sad times of being in and out of love. The songs were often slowly sung but full of emotion like this cherished song. Thanks, Brian!
