@ShawySWFC hi, yeh were goin on a training run in a couple of weeks then again on the 3 peaks challenge in may. ive been about 6 times now and this one is a pain everytime.

@ShawySWFC i was meant to go last year on the 3 peaks but ended up joining the team in a supporting role only as i slipped a disc a week before the challenge. most of the team are assisting me this year, i know bits about nevis as i have studied it lots. fire away and if i get stuck i will consult with others.by the way if you go to fort william, try a big fat scottish brekky, oh good lordy.

@mono14 LMFAO i will do mate, what i was gonna ask was.. iv heard there is a ridge approaching the summit on nevis with quite a bit of exposure and im not really too sure how i'd react to it, i was gonna ask if you had done i and if so what it was like :)

A couple of my mates just did it, took them about 8 hours!! Cloud moved in and restricted their vision to 5 feet, they came back gutted and knackered, no views like you were lucky enough to get..I was glad I had just flown back to Australia otherwise I would have been with them..

i kinda regret not doin scaffel wen i was there...me n the lads did catbells lol...we thought it was a great achievement at the time....well it wasnt.. wen we came back n looked it up....most of ur pics look identical 2 ours...especially 38sec pic...good luck wit ur next venture....
