I really don't no if he is on drugs are not I been on weed,pills,liquor,coke and heroin before and I never acted like this usually people on drugs are more happier... The way he is talking and running out of breath is weird it seems like his breathing is off and at 27 seconds he has a tic..To me it looks more like someone who has been using drugs for a while and is detoxing and trying to get off and leave that life witch would be why in interviews before he was happy and now he is trying to quit
