the reactor that splits the hydrogen and oxygen from water was first invented by a Filipino named Daniel Dingel. Some says, Honda stole the idea from him.It was in 1969 when the reactor was first invented. thus, I believe, the invention should be patented in Engr. Daniel Dingel's credit.
Hello! Nice 1 :] Tips from me 2 u: to run car only with HHO u need to rebuild engine f.e.: youtube.com/watch?v=ndpk3qAJS-8 If you put 2 many HHO-vacuum gonna damage your pistons...or if u overline air/fuel ratio u will melt spark plug, pistons, valves. I reduce consumption in half using Constant Current Converter. U need to buy EGT: youtube.com/watch?v=lVjUNDCpJFw youtube.com/watch?v=rbXFBY9jaz0 I will convert my car into LPG too. If you car is OBD2- buy Volo Chip HHO,Plugstar,F-16 PulseKing
Nice video, I might prefer to eliminate the dependence on oil. There are engines that use Compressed Air, that are being developed by MDI mdi dot lu/english/
I'm very ignorant to this technology and automechanics in general. Does this require a seperate battery? If not, does it cause excess wear on your existing battery?
don't stop, keep going you are an inspiration. If everyone did this, we can gain control over our lives. Freer environmentally friendly energy means freedom for us all. We need to combine the options, solar panels, wind fans on cars to increase energy generation, more amps and increase hho for cars, the answers are there. Maybe a magnet motor attached to a wind and solar system, to increase hho and generate electricity, for homes and smaller units for cars.
why not try to make an inverter to create 24v ac then convert it to 24dc....so as to make more HHO gas!. And i think it is only the inverter that would carry the strong current and not the source anymore which are the 12v batterry and alternator.
You can partially block the O2 sensor in your car. That should make the engine run better on HHO. The sensor is sitting somwhere on the air inlet with wires connected to it. Unscrew the sensor housing, and use some electric tape to block some of the sensor surface. You also have a O2 sensor at the exhaust outlet, telling the car how good it burns fuel, but never mind that one (I've been told).
Thanks for the vid. I am just starting out on my HHO journey myself. I am working off of designs I find here on you tube. Your Vid showing off the 9 plates has been super helpful.
On another note, I hear bad things about the EFIE. Have you tested your MPG with out using it?
Unfortunately you're barking up the wrong tree. I cannot imagine how much time, money and effort you have put into building and running that system, but it's too much. There is no way you're ever going to get back anything from this system.
No part of this makes sense. Firstly, if you use a separate power source, why carry it around with you? Why not generate the hydrogen from a wall outlet and just fill up when you get home? I would like to go on but no more text will fit in the box.
One more thing... If your timing is adjustable, RETARD the timing to near top dead center. The flame front of HHO moves much faster than gasoline, so your engine is fighting against itself because high pressure is already present while the piston is still compressing the fuel air mixture causing pressure on your rod bearings. If the spark fires at top dead center, your car will run much smoother.
Go to Radio Shack and get your self a good Voltage Regulator and set it for 1.24 volts. Improve your system by obtaining a used car heater radiator and other components and design it properly and get it out of that dang card Board Box! You are smart enough to come this for then you are smart enough to package it and put it completely under the hood of your Car. 2nd Bat with twice AH and larger Alternator for power load, Circuit breakers vice.
anyone know how to wires from melting or from blowing fuse after fuse after fuse? ive got a generator all set to go, 2 gen into 1 bubbler setup and have been using a car battery charger and if i add too much baking soda the amp pull goes thru the roof and the charger kicks off, should i just test and see? we need a good forums site or sumthin.
Your fuse is blowing because current is rising because of waisted voltage. It only takes 1.24 volts in a perfect world to split water, the rest of the voltage will escape as heat into the water unless you contain it, or use it all. The trick is to have either a dry cell, or six separate cells wired in series each with a positive and a negative plate. I use the latter and my current never runs above the starting amperage of 12 amps.
1st.dump the bubbler...it cools hho..not good..turns to water (use spark arrestor ) 2nd. use a heavy duty alt , then reduce plate mass
to max. fission reaction and min.amp consumption..happy medium. Try 2 plates.. pos. & neg. No joke about spark arrestor! Give cell a controlled amt. of vacuum..( think " in & out ) these are back on trak-hints.....now go get 70 mpg!
BoyG, Am certified master mechanic and very new to HHO. Help u w/O2 reading.Take readings of O2 without HHO you will have norm for system.Use full warm engine and even load = prefered for system. Diconnect O2 and run same test reading output of O2 sensor w/HHO.Keep route small. Now a system to mod sensor reading to computer by difference in readings. Add resistor to lower volt or aditional volt supply to increase it. Have computer get same input with HHO as without and still adjust w/load.
any data on the O2 sensor change? and if you are looking to power an engine off hho, then you need to learn some stuff about eff. The question is a rate produced vs rate consumed one, eff. is everything.
hello y am from romania , and y really wannna talk about this sistem whit you can you send me an telephone number to call you and talk about it? y wanna make a think like you did but doo not know how whould you help me please?

I've been looking all over the internet this morning for a video of someone who has demonstrated the installation of the HHO system, yours is the first I've found. Also the comments have given me a good idea of the value to adding such a system to my truck. Increasing your MPG is impressive but apparently the draw on your battery is a problem. A simpler design just to increase MPG probably wouldn't be a deterrent in my case with the motor running.
well done boygenus. sounds like you have some good ideas rollin around in your melon,(head!). all the best in getting it sorted and l hope you are one of the first to get your vehicle to run and keep running on HHO.
You know, late model Ford's as far as I know, perhaps GM and Chryslers too, have the new so called learning computers in them now. Theoretically one could install an HHO system, reset the computer and it will learn to live with the HHO and give you better gas mileage etc. Would be worth a try. The guy with the 94 Taurus 3.0 must have bad O2 sensors for his claims to even be correct much less true. And who ever said that HHO isn't a gas is an idiot IMO because HHO stands for H2+O! Cool video man!
I think the video is great... good job. I am pretty much at the same stage as you are on my project. I have installed two generators in series which produces +- 1 liter / min at 5 amps. I have two o2 sensors on the car, one before the cataletic converter and one on it. I put a o2 sensor extender on it, and installed an o2 sensor manipulator / reostat. No difference in mpg though. The car is a 1999 chevy tracker with a 2.0 liter engine. I guess I will increase the HHO too.
thoughtfull job. Now lets talk about it a minute. First the "upgraded fan" puts drag on the motor which causes the motor to generate heat and demand more gas. Second, the battery is providing more energy then the gas you are producing. Unfortunately, your well thought out installation has resulted in you using more gas now, not less. Electrolysis like this is about 20 percent efficient meaning it is costing you energy (gasoline) to make the hydrogen/oxygen by electrolysis. this is a con
So, what happens is that you run the battery that runs the electrolysis machine. This produces less energy then is stored in the battery. Now you either have to 1) charge the battery with an ac charger or 2) charge the batter with the car. Either way the net result is a loss in energy, not gain. But, if you live with your parents, and use their electricity, you may be onto something. lol. In the future try to avoid free energy websites..they are all based on faulty science and con artists.
There is no way that this setup is anywhere near economical.
The "generator", battery charger, extra battery, "cooling system", the excess tubing, and all the wiring and electrical components has to easily put this cost/benefit ratio WAY out of line.
This project doesn't have much hope of being a substitute for gasoline. I'd try to figure out what went wrong with the original HHO injection attempt.
With this, your HP will suffer and you will be wasting a lot of money and water for little gain.
supplementing HHO with gasoline is a no go. it takes kilowatts with hundreds of amps to move anywhere/ get any results. 12 v / 10 - 30 amps is nowhere near enough.
you need to change 3 things with your engine to run it off hydrogen. all three are covered in a tune up. but the values are different from gasoline. hydrogen in a gasoline "tuned" engine burns 60-80% of what it could. you need a base of 5 psi feeding your block to run your engine in "idol"
amps is neccesary for hho. it is the term for 'current' or the 'flow' of electrons. electrons are needed for hydrogen atom formation as they disassociate from oxygen. most guys experimenting don't realize that you reduce volts and increase amps thereby increasing hho for same watts consumed. of course there is a lmit to amount of amps you want otherwise too much heat is generated.
visit hho-hybrid . com and see there product it helped me understand a lot more!
A long path for HHO travel allows HHO to cool.. and when it cools it returns back to water. How do you deal with this situation on such a long run? Just curious.
I dont really know much about Hydrogen Injection but this was the first thing that came to mind when I seen your system, It is probably about 1.5m away from the air intake maybe you should shorten this length. Oh and an excellent video "hats off to that"
well, HHO Gas is a gas, not steam or something related to steam and does not have the same properties as steam. So when it turns into water, it releases energy because of fussion of Hydrogen and oxygen. and in order to start fussion it needs a catylist which could be fire or spark. I do not see any fussion in my delivery pipe and therfore I am sure that most of this gas is going to the engine. it might turn to water over a longer period of time but shouldn't in 20sec.
actually, you aren't making anything. You are seperating h20 into hydrogen and oxygen, and doing it by a very inefficient method. There is no such thing as hho gas but rather hydrogen and oxygen gasses...I suggest you get off the free energy sites and consult a scientist. this system creates an additional drag on the motor. Sorry, but on the bright side you really put some nice work into it!
Now, in reality your system isn't putting a drag on the motor because it isn't in the 'loop'. Rather, it is requiring you to put energy into the system via the battery, and then the result is less energy then you put in. If you put it in the loop, you will burn more gasoline. (all things being equal such as tuning, etc.) You cannot net more energy then you put in as this violates basic physics laws, and electrolysis by its nature is very inefficient. You can't win this battle. Sorry.
the power its verey defucalt to get the eltarnator wel prodouce aolmost 55 amp and he wel not take pwoer from the engin more than 10% at max produse so you have pwoer aolmost "free".
sorry I do not speak English. I held on-line translators to understand his comments.
One might think that the problem is the efficiency of cell production HHO. The greater efficiency increased production of HHO, but it also means increased consumption in Amps of battery. I understand that a cell is optimal using electrodes Platinum and distilled water, because platinum is more inert to electrolysis than steel.
It doesn't matter in real life sittuation since a cell is always using more energy than it is producing. I think that the goal here is to get such a high mileage that it is cheaper to charge the battery in the trunk than to buy equivalent amount of petrol (mileage wise that is).
For boygenis I would suggest that you buy a programmable ECU like VEMS or MegaSquirt 'n spark. That way you can tune your engine to suit your HHO production and find most efficient rev range.
Can't he jsut buy a bigger alternater, and hook the battery in the trunk up to it/ that is what some guy sdo with big sound systems, or a hydralic sytem
no matter what size the alternator is, the power has to come from the engine. and engine takes gas to gets its power..... so the engine would just be working harder and burning more fuel for my hydrogen production....... and I end up no-where. right?
Its worse then that..you end up in the hole as it will take more gasoline than you net in hydrogen/oxygen, or it will take more electricity to charge the battery then you gain if you use a battery out of the loop. In fact, no matter how you provide power to the electrolysis system you are losing energy. this is a brute fact. great experiment tho, and you did a real good job on the video. Now, run from these free energy con websites!
Seriously, do you have any experience with this technology. Point One: Engine tuners, for years, have been struggling with one problem- How to burn fuel more efficiently. Forced induction, head design, and injection points are all efforts to improve the efficiency of the burn rate of the fuel. We have known for a while now that NoS (nitrous oxide)works great for increasing the burn rate of fuel. HHO is the same concept. We are simply enabling the existing fuel to burn more efficiently.
be careful running the hho line through your car. you have got to make sure you dont have any leaks. if you get a backfire your bubbler will probably explode. may cause some problems with you in the car when it happens. good luck on your project and check out my video's
I agree. I used to work at a job where I used oxy-acetylene torches on a daily basis. We wouldn't dream of using our torches without check valves installed on the hoses next to the regulators. Using a torch, or in this case hydrogen, a backfire through the hoses could be a disaster. I'd suggest going to a welding supply store and buying an acetylene check valve and installing it in the Hydrogen supply hose. Cheap insurance.
Try spacing your o-2 sensor out with a fitting. It should fool the computer. Right now it is reading too much oxygen, causing the factory 14:1 air-fuel mix programming to activate. It may help. f/b
Glad to see you're getting some results. So far I haven't with my two vehicles. A suggestion: use distilled water with KOH or NaOH. Baking soda along with the tap water is what's causing the brown gunk. Also, it's important to test the cell for output. It will help you figure out what's happening at different amperages as well as giving yourself a baseline to improve on in your next cell. The amount of current the cell draws is determined by the amount of baking soda you use. Good luck!
Just use sodium carbonate (NOT Baking soda)in distilled water. You should get a solution of about pH 10-11 and you'll see a lot less corrosion. The brown gunk is iron oxide from your cell plates, and will always be there, it'll just be less initially if you have a better electrolyte solution.
good job i would hhok your battery in the trunk up to your engine battery that way it stays charged as well as you will get more amps for your cell and not burn your battery up by running it all the way down constantly
that would mean that my alternator has to charge both of my batteries altogether. I think thats quite a load for my alternator. plugin works fine, thank for the suggession
Your system looks good I have one concern and it's for your safety. If you get any breach in your containment with the cell sealed in your trunk you have a very large explosion in the works. With your batteries in the trunk also you could easily have a catastrophic event. (BOOM) Your system shows that you have done your home work so we need guys like you around work safe.
yess, thanks for the heads up, it could blow my trunk away!!! Thats why I closely monitor my bubbler all the time, that gas it being delivered to engine and not anywhere else.
igniting gas would need a spark and my battery wires are very secure.

Sorry.

How much better gas are you getting?

your broblem is verey esay to solve
just bild an o2 sinsore buster and thats it
the power its verey defucalt to get the eltarnator wel prodouce aolmost 55 amp and he wel not take pwoer from the engin more than 10% at max produse so you have pwoer aolmost "free".

sorry I do not speak English. I held on-line translators to understand his comments.
One might think that the problem is the efficiency of cell production HHO. The greater efficiency increased production of HHO, but it also means increased consumption in Amps of battery. I understand that a cell is optimal using electrodes Platinum and distilled water, because platinum is more inert to electrolysis than steel.
misido1 3 years ago
It doesn't matter in real life sittuation since a cell is always using more energy than it is producing. I think that the goal here is to get such a high mileage that it is cheaper to charge the battery in the trunk than to buy equivalent amount of petrol (mileage wise that is).
For boygenis I would suggest that you buy a programmable ECU like VEMS or MegaSquirt 'n spark. That way you can tune your engine to suit your HHO production and find most efficient rev range.

Can't he jsut buy a bigger alternater, and hook the battery in the trunk up to it/ that is what some guy sdo with big sound systems, or a hydralic sytem
meyerd1 3 years ago
no matter what size the alternator is, the power has to come from the engine. and engine takes gas to gets its power..... so the engine would just be working harder and burning more fuel for my hydrogen production....... and I end up no-where. right?
boygenis 3 years ago

We are simply enabling the existing fuel to burn more efficiently.

be careful running the hho line through your car. you have got to make sure you dont have any leaks. if you get a backfire your bubbler will probably explode. may cause some problems with you in the car when it happens. good luck on your project and check out my video's
delvis11 3 years ago

Good luck!
outdoorfan1 3 years ago
Just use sodium carbonate (NOT Baking soda)in distilled water. You should get a solution of about pH 10-11 and you'll see a lot less corrosion. The brown gunk is iron oxide from your cell plates, and will always be there, it'll just be less initially if you have a better electrolyte solution.

Looks like your on the right track, keep at it.

Do you have any ideas as to what the gunky brown stuff in the cell is? I had the same problem with tap water and also baking soda too.
eddiefreddie39 3 years ago
yeah, no, I dont know what it is, but its made from the chemicals that they mix in our tap water to preven bacteria. really really annoying!!!
try to capture rain water, its free....
boygenis 3 years ago
On a short trip you are likely at your destination as the hho output finally reaches the engine.
robdham99 3 years ago
with the amount of HHO I am making, it takes about 15-20 sec to get to the engine(with slight pressure). on short trips, I prefer biking :)
boygenis 3 years ago
good job i would hhok your battery in the trunk up to your engine battery that way it stays charged as well as you will get more amps for your cell and not burn your battery up by running it all the way down constantly
sultinhh 3 years ago
that would mean that my alternator has to charge both of my batteries altogether. I think thats quite a load for my alternator. plugin works fine, thank for the suggession

BoyGenis
Your system looks good I have one concern and it's for your safety. If you get any breach in your containment with the cell sealed in your trunk you have a very large explosion in the works. With your batteries in the trunk also you could easily have a catastrophic event. (BOOM) Your system shows that you have done your home work so we need guys like you around work safe.
Hydroginist 3 years ago
yess, thanks for the heads up, it could blow my trunk away!!! Thats why I closely monitor my bubbler all the time, that gas it being delivered to engine and not anywhere else.
igniting gas would need a spark and my battery wires are very secure.

looks good, thanks for sharing
