@SwawiPrincesa god ive ive explained this many times, including to qurantafseer. he has arab facial features and a british ASIAN accent, specifically of the muslim communities. you cannot say he doesnt look arab. but he says he is a greek convert - this helps avoid the obvious question from the atheist 'you are a muslim because you were born into a muslim family, otherwise 99.99% sure you wouldn't be one. so to lie and make it sound like he converted after a miraculous Quran reading helps him.
