just as a heads up, when you pick up the 60s you dont use your body, it hurts you. your obviously not strong enough to pick up the 60s using just biceps so dont even post stupid shit lol. you get winded from 10 lbs so why try 60s? oh cuz ur fucking stupid.
I seriously hope you don't do this everyday, lifting 60 pounds like that is gonna kill your back and shoulders cause that is too much weight for you, your movements should be slow and controlled
