This scene is a heart-stopper! It always just grabs me. Christian is a tremendous talent; he emotes so much with just the tone of his voice, the tension in his body, the look in his eyes, the calculated pauses in his lines. Amazing!
They say it later when he agrees to work for damien, when hes in the car with the guy and the other guy says"I just wanted to take out the entire family-just like we used to" so I think your right.
Eliot made a calculated guess on which person he could take with him -that would survive a meeting with Monroe -that is the reason he chose Hardison. Eliot care deeply about all of them, and he did want Parker to know what he did; but he told her the truth. When people show you who they are believe them!!!
Eliot was totally ashamed of what he did and will likely never forgive himself. Truly a haunted past. Seems that he's just as strong on the inside as he is on the outside.

I've heard from somewhere that we might more about Eliot's past in season 4. And so far we haven't.. So I'm hoping it would be in the final, cause then it probably is something BIG :DD
Gotta love Nate giving him the "disappointed father" look. El needs a hug bad. Kinda wanna know what he did, but at the same time I can kinda make guesses, none of them pleasant at all
I loved this scene! Finally even a glimpse to Eliot's past. I hope we'll see more in season 4. Eliot is definitely my favorite character! Poor Eliot :( Now that he has developed a heart his past much really haunt him...
@StarryDreamer28 no the reason he didnt tell her wasnt to keep her from his burden it was to keep her and the whole team from looking at him in a way that they couldnt ever not look at him again mostly looking at him with fear and hatred

@yogurtpimp he most likely killed an entire family, including kids. "Leverage" is awesome at not telling the audience backstory, but suggesting it.
