Isn't her first language English? She was born in Okinawa, but moved rapidly inside California and then moved back to Japan. Actually Olivia was born in Okinawa, Japan. She's a native of Japan and she lives in Okinawa now. She's a citizen of Japan, not the USA. Although she lived in the States before, she has full Japanese citizenship.
