  • These videos are excellent & extremely motivating because you explain how a combination of yoga, diet, exercise & that all important visualisation can work for you. I'd like to see more 30 min videos if possible please like the Winter Blues that way you have a full daily practice without having to stop & start, great work!

  • Hi Esther, to follow on from my last comment I found that if I do the lift with the knee completely bent there is no pain & I can feel the strengthening in my thigh. I don't know if this is safe to do or not, but maybe can help explain my problem with straight leg method. Thank you so much.

  • @deenababyblack Doing it with the knee bend is perfect! Your body always knows best, if it feels good it usually is.. Trust your own body to tell you. :-)

  • Hi Esther. I love the WEIGHT LOSS series, thanks.

    I suffered some pain from the leg lift excercise at 02:00. I knew as soon as I did it that it didn't feel right & it still hurts the next day. I had no flexibility to bring my legs forward and the pain was along the outside muscles in my butt (and a little down the outside of my legs). I was wondering if this was Sciatica (I tried those sequences but they didn't seem to help that area)? Or if you could think of what I was doing wrong?

  • I have a question. Is it ok if I only do parts 1-3 for awhile? I am a beginner and I don't want to push it, besides Im not all that flexible, yet.

  • i didnt read the comments at first, so i was doing all 4 parts (weight loss) and 5 parts (for beginners) every time. just now that i read, i was wondering if there is any risk or am i over doing yoga? weight loss part 1-3 was manageable even thou part 4 for thighs makes me feel like im dying. but i feel really happy after every yoga!

  • @ruu17 You don't have to do the 4 parts together every time. You can sometimes do only one part or 2, make sure you do them all regular;y to get to all the area's.

  • @jenniferandrewest I would suggest you do my 'pregnancy yoga' unless you're well familiar with yoga.

    i hav a question..i had put on weight after my delivery and my breast has enlarged and its heavy..i have serious back pain coz of that..pls could u suggest any yoga to reduce it..thank u.

  • Your videos are amazing, probably for anyone, but definitely for a beginner like me. It's such a change from doing the Wii Fit yoga...I actually feel like I'm getting a work out now! One video I wish you would make would be a back/arms/chest video (unless you have one and I didn't see it). I have a hard time with my triceps and my chest area so I'd like to know some poses to do to help with those. Anyway, thanks again for your AWESOME FREE videos! I'd buy your DVD if it came out for US.

  • I got out of doing my Yoga for a while, but I started off again doing this weight loss sequence. They're very challenging, but even after four days, I am feeling a huge difference in my body, and each time I feel less tired and worn out after doing them all. I really broke a good sweat today for some reason. Thanks, Esther!

  • Thanks for another great video Esther, just did the 3 sequences all together, feeling great! I did find keeping my legs out to the side very difficult, I ended up shaking! but with more practice I'm sure that will stop.

    Do you have any poses to really stretch out your calves & to help make them leaner? I inherited my father's calves & I hate them, could you maybe make a video that could help? Thanks so much.
