actually no, this was gerenated by me in after effects the noise its made with an FX caller fractal noise =) and my face into the noise its an effect called luma, so try do yourself with a video where everything its black and your face can be seen by some light or something =) thats all D: i DONT LIKE TO STOLE WORK AND JUST SAY 8D eyy look at MY work DX thats shit i dont like it =)
